Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been accused of sex trafficking three women in a new criminal indictment filed by prosecutors on Thursday.
The 55-year-old rapper — who is set to go to trial on May 5 — was previously alleged to have trafficked one woman, but the superseding indictment, obtained by DailyMail.com, accuses him of trafficking two additional women.
However, despite the new accusations, no additional charges have been filed against the disgraced music mogul.
Combs has vehemently denied all of the allegations since they first came to light and pleaded guilty after charges were initially filed. His attorney Marc Agnifilo responded to the latest indictment in a statement to DailyMail.com.
'The latest Indictment contains no new offenses. The prosecution's theory remains flawed,' Agnifilo said. 'The government has added the ridiculous theory that two of Mr. Combs’ former girlfriends were not girlfriends at all, but were prostitutes. Mr. Combs is as committed as ever to fighting these charges and winning at trial.'
In the indictment, prosecutors allege that Combs transported the three women — as well as professional sex workers — across state lines.

None of the women are identified by name in the indictment, but one of the women is apparently Diddy's ex-girlfriend, the singer Cassie Ventura, who accused him of raping and repeatedly physically abusing her in a lawsuit filed in November 2023.
Diddy settled the lawsuit just one day after she filed it, though the terms of the settlement were not announced, and he did not publicly admit to any of her accusations.
Despite Ventura not being named, the details of one of the incidents listed in the indictment are similar to a widely reported altercation between her and her then-boyfriend.
Prosecutors say that, in March 2016, Diddy was pictured on a hotel security camera hitting a woman and then dragging her back to the room where one of his alleged 'freak off' sex parties was in progress.
In May of last year, hotel security footage emerged showing Diddy — who was shirtless with a towel wrapped around his waist — chasing Ventura down a hall at the InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles.
As she tried to get into an elevator, he grabbed her by the back of the head and threw her to the ground, before kicking her motionless body multiple times and then dragging her back to the hotel room by her clothes.
After the video was released by CNN, Combs issued an apology, but his attorney Marc Agnifilo was quick to claim that the video didn't indicate that his client had committed sex trafficking.
The former hitmaker has been held in a Brooklyn jail since he was first hit with sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy charges in September 2024.
The superseding indictment is similar to the initial one, but in addition to accusing Combs of trafficking additional women, it also extends the time frame in which he is accused of racketeering conspiracy from 2008 to 2004; seen in 2018 in LA

Prosecutors describe a scene from March 2016 that appears to be identical to an incident captured on hotel security cam in which Diddy hit and dragged Cassie back to a hotel room in LA where one of his 'freak out' parties was going on; seen together in May 2017
The superseding indictment is similar to the initial one, but in addition to accusing Combs of trafficking additional women, it also extends the time frame in which he is accused of racketeering conspiracy.
Prosecutors first accused him of being involved in a 'criminal organization' that was responsible for kidnapping and drug-related crimes as far back as 2008, but they now allege that the illegal activity began four years earlier, in 2004.
The new indictment expands the list of drugs Combs and his associates are accused of distributing or attempting to distribute, which initially listed cocaine, ketamine and oxycodone.
The new indictment adds methamphetamine and psychedelic mushrooms to the list of substances.
He is accused of trying to encourage women to have sex by plying them with substances including ketamine and ecstasy.
