A meteorologist was giving a smooth, practiced warning to Oregonians to watch out for cold water when a colleague walked right into the frame by accident.

Katie Zuniga, who's been at Fox 12 Oregon since January 2023, smiled and laughed as her female co-worker absentmindedly ambled into the camera's crosshairs.

The woman who was in a green shirt realized her mistake, and awkwardly backed up while giggling.

The entire newsroom laughs for seconds on end and the woman who derailed the segment is heard saying, 'sorry!' multiple times after the hilarious mishap.

Zuniga was all smiles though, remarking on her inability to recover immediately.

'I know I should recover, but that was really fun,' she said, putting her hand over her mouth to stifle more laughs.

The woman who got in the way of the weather report is then heard saying off-camera, 'oh my gosh, I'll leave now.'

But Zuniga, despite not being able to get right back to the topic of the segment when the interruption first happened, ended the show strong.

Coming down from a fit of laughter, she once again reminded her audience of the cold waters in Oregon: 'So as I was saying, bring a life jacket, bring a friend but just remember that those waters are so very, very cold right now.'

Fox 12 Oregon posted the clip on X on Saturday with three laughing emojis.
