J.D. Vance's height: Trump campaign slaps back at Google suggesting he is 5ft 7in... and shows how tall he really stands

As Vice Presidential hopeful J.D. Vance moves into the spotlight after being selected as former President Donald Trump's running mate in 2024, the campaign is setting the record straight on a number of issues - including his height.

Google search results identified Vance's height is 5'7," which appeared as a significant underestimation of his stature, based on his record in the Senate with his colleagues.

To set the record straight, a campaign official sent a photo of Vance standing next former President Trump, himself listed as 6'3 by his White House physician.

The spokesman sent the following photo to DailyMail.com and noted that Trump and Vance were ‘of similar height.’ 

It's not the first time that online search results have been wrong about the height of a significant political figure.

Vice President Kamala Harris griped in a recent interview with Katie Couric that Wikipedia listed her height as 5'2."

'That is absolutely incorrect. I am 5’4″ and a quarter,' Harris said cooly after Couric reported her height as 5'2."

'They just want to make us just smaller in every way,' she lamented.

Harris added she was 5'7" and a half when she wore heels.

'I've said this to my team, I don't know where that came from, I haven't been 5'2" since I was twelve,'" she said, clearly frustrated that the misinformation online had not been corrected.

 If elected Vice President Vance would be the tallest vice president in recent memory.

Former Vice President Mike Pence is 5′ 10,″ Biden, who was former President Barack Obama's vice president is 6 feet tall. Former Vice President Dick Cheney is 5′ 8″ and former Vice President Al Gore is 6'1."
