Kim Kardashian meets up with the notorious Gypsy Rose Blanchard to discuss prison reform… just WEEKS after she spent eight years behind bars for her involvement in the murder of her abusive mother

2 months ago 10

Kim Kardashian meets face-to-face with the infamous Gypsy Rose Blanchard on this week's episode of Hulu's The Kardashians.

The meeting has been teased all season long, with Blanchard, 32, shown in an early trailer for Season 5.

Kardashian, 43, has long been involved with prison reform, and decided to meet with Blanchard after she tweeted her back in November 2023.

Towards the end of this week's episode, Kardashian flew down to New Orleans to meet with Gypsy Rose, just three weeks after her eight-year prison term ended.

She was sentenced to 10 years behind bars for her involvement in the murder of her mother, who had Munchausen-by-proxy and spent years abusing her daughter by forcing her to pretend to be disabled and terminally ill.

The episode cuts to New Orleans, where Kim flies in to meet with Gypsy Rose Blanchard, who was recently freed from prison after spending eight years behind bars for her involvement in the murder of her abusive mother.

The story made headlines around the world and was adapted into the 2019 Hulu limited series The Act starring Joey King as Gypsy Rose and Patricia Arquette as her mother Dee Dee Blanchard.

Kim is in her vehicle when she tells Reform Alliance's Michael Rubin, 'I'm meeting with Gypsy Rose Blanchard,' and he says, 'We're now more interested.'

'Gypsy Rose Blanchard was just released from prison for being involved in the murder of her mother,' Kim says in confession as they show headlines from her trial.

'I'm gonna send you a link, she's the most well-known person that's just gotten out of prison. Her mother had Munchausen-by-proxy, she would shave her head and act like she had cancer her whole life,' she tells Rubin.

They show footage of an Entertainment Tonight interview where Gypsy Rose is asked what diseases her mother would pretend she had.

'Asthma, epilepsy, hearing impaired, vision impaired, fed with a feeding tube, paralyzed from the waist down,' Gypsy Rose says in the interview.

Kim continues in confession, 'How sick must you be, as a mother, that you would let your child have surgery for your own gain?'

'Asthma, epilepsy, hearing impaired, vision impaired, fed with a feeding tube, paralyzed from the waist down,' Gypsy Rose says in the interview.

Back in the car, Kim says, 'I really think she wants to get involved. She could be really impactful with like youth and abuse.'

Rubin asks, 'How long has she been out for?' Kim says, 'Three weeks. It's like a fascinating case,' as they show footage of Nicholas Godejohn, the man Gypsy Rose met and plotted the murder of Dee Dee with.

Kim tells Rubin, 'She tweeted me, and here I am,' as they show Gypsy Rose's tweet from late November 2023, where she suggested, 'Maybe we should unite forces together to make real change within the justice system.'

She tells Rubin, 'So I was like, I really… i'm super interested, I think she can help, but I'm fascinated. And I'll tell you how it goes after.'

Kim arrives at a New Orleans hotel, as she says, 'I want to see what she wants to do in prison reform. I heard she wants to get in it and I can guide her exactly where to go and how she can help.'

They both meet and hug in her hotel room at the Four Seasons, as Kim mentions, 'I'm so excited that you live in New Orleans, it's one of my favorite places ever.'

'Oh I'm happy you came,' Gypsy Rose says, and when Kim mentions the food, Gypsy Rose says, 'Oh, the food is amazing,'

Kim asks, 'What was the first meal you had when you got out?' 'Gypsy Rose answers, 'When I got out, I got to try a steak for the first time. I've never had steak before, so yeah, it was actually pretty good.'

'Oh my gosh, so honestly, I've been following your case for a really long time, so like I wouldn't want to come and, you know, really meet with someone that I feel like can make an impact, just for like the sensation of the case,' Kim says, which Gypsy Rose acknowledges.

'I recognize that like you can make a big difference, cause you can really articulate what you went through, and how you can get through it,' Kim tells her.

Gypsy Rose adds, 'Right. I give you massive kudos right now, because I think a lot of people are afraid of touching me as a topic because I'm too controversial.'

Kim shrugs that off as Gypsy Rose continues, 'So I give you massive props for being like 'OK I'm gonna come do this right now, this is gonna happen.'

Kim adds in confession, 'When Gypsy posted that she wanted to get into prison reform work and wanted to connect, I really wanted to guide her to use her platform to really help people.'

Gypsy Rose tells Kim, 'This has been a roller-coaster ride. I'm blessed to be given a second chance, because when I was going through what I was going through, nobody ever talked about Munchausen-by-Proxy,' which is defined by Medline Plus as, 'a mental illness and form of child abuse.'

The person with Munchausen-by-Proxy - in this case Gypsy Rose's mother - made up fake symptoms to make it look like the child is sick when the child actually isn't.

Gypsy Rose added, 'No one was ever a guiding light for me. You know, I look back at things I could have done differently and like the one thing that people always ask me is why didn't you just stand up? Why didn't you just call the police?'

Kim asks if she ever told her father about what happened, and Gypsy Rose replied, 'I didn't, because I didn't even know his phone number. My mom had literally put a block on our relationship, from him and I, and she created a fake Facebook account, as me, talking to him.'

Gypsy Rose adds, 'Now, looking back on it, I'm like, I could have done things a lot differently and it would have ended with my mother being in prison. Did she deserve prison? Yes.'

Kim says, 'So I can imagine that you still really miss your mom,' as Gypsy Rose admits, 'It's so complicated, it really is. There were times in prison where I would just sit on the bed. I'd play one of her favorite songs on my tablet.'

Kim asks what one of her favorite songs was and she says My My My by Rob Thomas, adding Dee Dee was, 'a huge Matchbox 20 fan.'

'I would play some of their songs and I'd just allow myself that time to cry and grieve. And sometimes I'd have to do it in the shower, because crying in prison, you're so vulnerable. Especially women, they can be so catty. Their first go-to is, 'Well you killed her, so why are you crying about it?' Gypsy Rose reveals.

'It's hard, you know, coming from a child in that situation, it was hard,' Gypsy Rose admitted, as Kim adds, 'I can't even begin to even act like I understand what you've been through. I really have no idea. You know, it's a long road, but you're here.'

Kim adds in confession, 'I know it's like a controversial subject. I think when people want to help people that were involved in something so violent, but I do believe that people should have second chances in life, and I take her entire background into consideration. It's really crazy not to.'

Kim tells Gypsy Rose, 'I think you can really make such an impact on young people that might not know how to get out. I've seen people - not as horrific as situations that you've been in - but I've heard amazing, triumphant stories of people that have like lived such an amazing life, once they got out of their situation.'

Gypsy Rose says, 'What I'm left with now is, you know, I did my eight and a half years in prison, so I paid my dues to the state. Now let's see what I can do with my new life and my second chance. Can I at least get that?'

Kim tells her, 'You are so strong,' as Gypsy Rose says, 'Thank you, I appreciate that,' as Kim adds, 'And I recognize that and a lot of people do.'

Gypsy Rose adds, 'I'm doing my best to try to make my family proud. You know, there's like an internal battle going on inside because it's like I know I did something wrong. I paid my consequences, but I feel like half of everybody still wants to condemn me and the other half is rooting for me. Because I post a selfie and then I'm expected to have this greater message behind it and I'm like, I'm just having fun.'

Kim says, 'Sometimes you just have to like post, and then I say, and ghost,' as Gypsy Rose laughs and says, 'Post and ghost. I like that.'

Kim adds, 'Just to not pay attention to all the comments and what's being said because not everything has to be such a deep message. I think the way you live your life, moving forward, is the deep message, and that's what I was like so excited to talk to you about because you've been through hell and back.'

Gypsy Rose says, 'This is what upsets me so much, you know everything that I have been through, OK? When I got to prison, I asked them if I could get therapy and really deal with the trauma that I went through. I received a notice that I didn't qualify for one-on-one therapy,' as Kim says, 'Wow.'

Kim adds, 'You would think that they would want to set you up and give you all of the tools that you would need to be as mentally stable and to be as healed as possible and to come home to society. Why wouldn't they set up all these programs? It just blows my mind.'

Kim says in confession, 'Just the simple fact that she couldn't get therapy while she was in prison, is a problem. I think that ultimately we want to bring people home that are rehabilitated, and how can we do that if it doesn't start with giving them the tools and having them go through therapy before they get home?'

Kim tells her, 'You are so strong,' as Gypsy Rose says, 'Thank you, I appreciate that,' as Kim adds, 'And I recognize that and a lot of people do'

Kim asks, 'How has re-entry been?' Gypsy Rose says, 'Re-entry has been a whirlwind, for me. Unfortunately we are living at a residence and they are pressuring us to put me on the lease and I won't pass a background check. I think the system is just… it's built to fail.'

'It really is,' Kim admits, as Gypsy Rose says, 'I want to bring awareness. I want to be the person I wish I had to guide me, but I feel very new at it, so I kind of feel like, where are my resources? Where do you begin?'

Kim says, 'I can totally help you with that, because I had no clue and I think I figured out the best team that can possibly help people and I'm happy to introduce you to all of them.'

'I would appreciate that,' Gypsy Rose says, as Kim adds, 'We'll guide you in the right direction and what to do to help.'

Kim adds in confession, 'I think she's like a perfect person to talk to like a younger generation, so hopefully with her help, we can try to bring therapy into more prisons and try to change the way that the system operates.'

'I think that you have such an important future, to help so many people,' Kim says, and Gypsy Rose says, 'I hope that I do.'

'I hope that Gypsy just follows her heart. I hope she heals, first and foremost, and I hope that she just follows her path of just wanting to help other people,' Kim says in confession, as they both hug in the hotel room as the episode comes to an end.

The episode begins at Kris' house, where the matriarch - clad in a red jumpsuit - says, 'So, I need to clear for surgery. What do we need?'

Kim asks, 'How has re-entry been?' Gypsy Rose says, 'Re-entry has been a whirlwind, for me. Unfortunately we are living at a residence and they are pressuring us to put me on the lease and I won't pass a background check. I think the system is just… it's built to fail'

'I would appreciate that,' Gypsy Rose says, as Kim adds, 'I'll guide you in the right direction and what to do to help'

She's with Dr. Boris Vaisman, who asks, 'So, your procedure is when?' Kris responds, 'So it's next Wednesday, and she's gonna remove the ovaries.'

Kris adds in confession, 'My surgery is a week away. Dr. Boris is over to give me my pre-op, which is an exam that you have to have before you have surgery. I have made peace with the fact that this is happening, but I'm still a little nervous.'

Kris tells Dr. Boris, 'That's the only thing in my whole body that they brought up. They go, 'You look great, except for this, and it's growing, so let's just get rid of it. I was thinking… what else could I do at the same time while I'm asleep.'

Dr. Boris says, 'Two birds with one stone, right?' Kris admits, 'I like to multitask at all times. Anything I can do while I'm asleep, I'm gonna do it.'

Dr. Boris jokes, 'You sleep?' Kris laughs and says, 'Yeah, exactly,' as Dr. Boris continues, 'You're generally feeling well?'

'Yeah,' Kris says, as Dr. Boris asks if, 'Energy's good? You're able to exercise?' Kris answers, 'Yeah,' to both.'

'Khloe has me on an exercise program against my will,' as Dr. Boris laughs and says, 'That's great.'

Kris continues in confession, 'Sometimes things happen where things are either an emergency or they pop up or they're necessary.'

Dr. Boris starts pressing on her stomach, asking if it hurts but she says it doesn't, as Kris adds in confession, 'It never occurred to me that this surgery would be something that I would have to do.'

She tells Dr. Boris that she just wants to, 'get it over with,' adding in confession, 'I've never obviously done this before but I always consider myself prepared for just about anything, but that doesn't mean that I don't get a little emotional about it as well.'

Dr. Boris says he'll send the clearance over to Dr. A, confirming that she is 'clear' for the surgery.

The episode cuts to Kourtney Kardashian's house, where she's in glam, telling her team, 'You guys, the way my brain shifts from like, cause I have so many things on my mind all day, it goes from like house projects to like…' as Simon Huck adds, 'I can't believe you're doing three projects simultaneously. That to me would be the most stressful.'

Kourtney admits in confession, 'I just thought I was sick. I thought I escaped Travis' cold, but once we made out it was over.'

Simon adds, 'Can we just talk about the fact that you sold out of Target in eight days?' He's referring to Kourtney's Lemme product launch, which Kourtney says is, 'Crazy.'

He asks, 'Do you see the DMs of the empty… like the empty sad shelves?' which he said gave him a 'panic attack.'

Kourtney asked when it will be restocked as Simon says, 'So it will be fixed next week. It's really on them, not on us, they have all the product.'

Kourtney says hi to longtime crew member Paxy, who says, 'I literally was pumping in the crew van.'

Kourtney says in confession, 'So I have known Paxy for…' before turning to Paxy - a.k.a. Erin Paxton, an audio supervisor on the show - asking, 'So when did you start?'

'I think I started in 2008, so 16,' Paxy says, as Kourtney continues, '16 years, and we were pregnant at the same time, when I was pregnant with Rocky.'

Back in glam, someone tells Paxy, 'Your skin looks amazing,' as Simon adds, 'You're dewy!' Paxy says, 'It's from my workout. I came straight from my workout.'

Kourtney asks, 'You're working out already?' Paxy answers, 'Yeah, yeah. I have to or I'll go crazy.'

Kourtney asks, 'Do you have mom guilt from like leaving your baby?' Paxy says, 'No, because I've been with them nonstop. Aren't you with him all the time?'

Kourtney says, 'I'm with him all the time. Even now when we book Pilates, he'll do half and then I'll do half,' as Simon says, 'Oh my God.'

Kourtney adds, 'And then I did like the 40 days at home where you like stay home and I pretty much did that with Penelope too.'

Kourtney says in confession, 'So I have known Paxy for…' before turning to Paxy - a.k.a. Erin Paxton, an audio supervisor on the show - asking, 'So when did you start?'

Paxy asks, 'Do you notice a difference?' Kourtney says, 'Yeah, I do. Mason broke his arm right when it turned 40 days where I felt like God was like, 'Your 40 days are up. Get your a** out of the house.' Literally like Mason called me and was like, 'Mom I'm on the side of the road, I broke my arm.'

Kourtney adds in confession, 'I have kids all different age ranges. Pre-teen, teenage, adults and infants, so I really do try to set aside one-on-one time with each of my kids. I don't wanna miss anything. It's like a feeling of you know being pulled in different directions, like wanting to be everything to everyone.'

Kourtney shares three kids with ex Scott Disick, 14-year-old Mason, 12-year-old Penelope and nine-year-old Reign, along with infant Rocky, though it's unclear who Kourtney's 'adult' child is.

'I rushed over to the hospital and I was like sending milk back from Children's Hospital, cause I didn't even have any saved milk cause I don't leave him,' Kourtney tells Paxy.

'But now I'm also like feeling the guilt of all the kids,' Kourtney says, as Paxy adds, 'There's a lot of them,' as Kourtney says, 'Yeah, four plus three bonus,' referring to husband Travis Barker's three kids.

Kourtney adds, 'Yesterday, the guilt really hit where I was like, OK I have to do more with the other kids, so I don't know how I'm balancing it yet.'

Simon adds, 'I feel like Australia will be good,' as Kourtney adds, 'Yeah, I was thinking like I have to fly to Australia to be in a house with all my kids and no distractions.'

Kourtney adds in confession, 'It feels like a rare time when you have an infant and I just love this time at home and when Travis committed to this tour, I wasn't pregnant yet. I think the reason for going would be to keep our family together just feels like am I ready?'

Kourtney adds in confession, 'I have kids all different age ranges. Pre-teen, teenage, adults and infants, so I really do try to set aside one-on-one time with each of my kids. I don't wanna miss anything. It's like a feeling of you know being pulled in different directions, like wanting to be everything to everyone'

Kourtney tells Simon, 'We leave next weekend for Australia and they pack up my house while I'm gone. So I always see like the dream life on Instagram where it's like a little cottage that's like really cute and then I'm like ahh what a life and then I'm like OK but you have seven kids, six dogs, two bunnies…' as Simon asks if there's still a lizard but she says no.

'It would be so nice to be like in a cottage in the woods…' Kourtney says as Simon says, 'But do you think after three days, like I just see you turning on the cottage.'

'I could. I could turn,' Kourtney jokes as Simon says, 'Like three days…' as Kourtney says, 'There's no facials, there's no masseuses, there's no Erewhon,' as Simon laughs and says, 'Oh my God.'

The episode cuts to Hollywood where the whole family arrives to shoot promo footage for this current season.

Khloe is being driven in a golf cart waving hello to random people and thanking them for being there.

Meanwhile Kim is in another cart on her phone saying, 'Oh this is the guy. Isn't he hot?' as she shows the phone to her longtime hair stylist Chris Appleton.

Kim says in confession, 'So today we're doing a Hulu promo shoot and these are always fun because it's every family member.'

They show a shot with Khloe and Kourtney, who picks up her phone and says, 'I'm rolling calls,' as crew members laugh.'

Kim says in confession, 'So today we're doing a Hulu promo shoot and these are always fun because it's every family member'

Kim continues in confession, 'We honestly don't get to work together that much. I mean we're always like filming together and stuff but this is like serious work and it's so fun to do it all together.'

Kourtney cheers for Khloe during her shoot, adding, 'I stole the megaphone, they were hesitant to give it to me,' as Khloe laughs.

Kim adds in confession, 'And then at the end of the week, I'm going to meet with Gypsy Rose Blanchard and I'm so excited.'

They then shoot footage of the whole family together in their desert gear, filming the opening theme shot for the season.

Kylie says in confession, 'These sets are so beautiful. It's fun to be together. We're in the wilderness, I'm into it.'

Someone yells, 'Show me a bit more of a dynamic movement please,' while producers ask everyone, 'Who in your family would survive out in the wilderness?'

Khloe says, 'Besides me?' Kylie adds, 'Khloe, because she's just a beast. She would be the type to like hunt and gather, like I swear to God.'

Khloe adds in confession, 'What weapons can you bring with you?' Kylie says, 'I can see her like speaking animals and s**t.'

im continues in confession, 'We honestly don't get to work together that much. I mean we're always like filming together and stuff but this is like serious work and it's so fun to do it all together'

Kim adds, 'Khloe would for sure kill it,' as Khloe adds 'Wow, I've never been picked first in sports before,' as they continue to show footage from the promo shoot.

Kim adds, 'Kris Jenner is least likely to get out,' as Khloe agrees, adding, 'My mom's not gonna last,' as Kourtney shares a story.

'My mom was my Brownie troop leader and we had to go camping and we did a hotel instead in San Diego and did S'mores on the beach and it was just like Troop Beverly Hills.'

Kylie adds, 'I think my mom would crumble,' as Kim adds, 'Unless she has a cell phone… and a helicopter.'

Khloe adds, 'You'll see her like climbing this ladder up into the sky,' as Kourtney says, 'I think we're all really strong, smart women who can figure it out.'

Kim admits, 'I don't know about Kourtney,' while Kourtney is seen showing her mom kegel tactics on the set.

Khloe adds, 'Kourt would be like, 'No you guys, is like the trees organic and like… like there would be a whole thing. Kendall, s**t she'd climb a tree or something. I feel like Kendall is savage.'

Kim admits, 'I don't think I have good survival skills. I just don't think I have it in me to survive. I think I'd crumble and just would rather die.'

Kylie adds, 'I think my mom would crumble,' as Kim adds, 'Unless she has a cell phone… and a helicopter'

Kim tells Kris on set, 'I got salmon sperm facial with salmon sperm injected into my face,' as Kim continues in confession, 'I'd love to see Kylie survive.'

Kylie says in confession, 'I have serious… I have survival instincts. I'm not kidding. Like I used to play Manhunt. I'd hop fences, I'd run really fast, I was the fastest in my grade. And I just have good… I'm quick on my feet. I have a little bit of the Khloe beast in me. I'm good.'

The director calls cut and the crew applaud as the shoot wraps as Kim goes back to Khloe's trailer as they compliment each other.

Khloe says she was 'trailer-hopping,' going to see Kourtney and the baby Rocky.

'You look like a gorgeous mermaid,' Kim tells Khloe, adding that, 'I feel like work is my escape, my happy place, so I cannot believe I have a peaceful household.'

'For everyone?' Khloe asks, and Kim says, 'Everyone,' as Khloe says, 'Wow, what's different?'

'Well, I think I started to see a therapist and… I just saw her once, but she was like… the simplest thing that she told me was to take down screen time. Of course you're like duh, of course, you know, but having strict rules on like there can be no phones during meals, they're gonna fight and kick and scream for like a week and then you gotta get through it. I never wanted to deal for that week,' Kim says, as Khloe smiles.

Khloe says in confession, 'I am super proud of Kimberly for wanting to take a stricter approach to her kids. Sometimes it takes just a third party or a different voice for you to register something.'

Khloe says in confession, 'I am super proud of Kimberly for wanting to take a stricter approach to her kids. Sometimes it takes just a third party or a different voice for you to register something;'

Kim tells Khloe, 'Why can I run these like businesses and be really firm and I just like turn into a big p***y when I'm at home? I can't do that, like this is my most important job. I can't have anyone run over me.'

Khloe adds, 'Well, it's better to nip it now before they're older and then it's like mutiny.'

Kim says, 'Sometimes it's just easier like here's your phone. Like, oh here's your phone. My kids don't sit on their devices all day,' as Khloe adds, 'Kids are very smart.'

Kim adds, 'They know how to map it out if like I'm gonna f**k with mom now…' as Khloe adds, 'And then when I'm f***ing with her, you go and ask for this cause she's just gonna say yes.'

'Like, trust me. I have a militant household. It's a sweet, love happy household, but there's routine,' Khloe insists.

Kim adds in confession, 'I mean, I just started implementing stricter scheduling. I know I made fun of Khloe for that and she's still too militant.'

Khloe says in confession, 'Strict does not mean like you have to be this crazy monster, it just means implementing rules and being consistent with your rules. So just, no means no. No bribery, no those types of things.'

Khloe tells Kim, 'Structure, discipline, rules, discipline is love. Like having bedtimes, rules, whatever your thing is,' as Kim adds, 'Well obviously I have rules, you know what I mean?'

Kim adds in confession, 'I mean, I just started implementing stricter scheduling. I know I made fun of Khloe for that and she's still too militant'

Khloe stifles a laugh and says, 'OK… no no no, I'm not saying… whatever, I'm just saying not exactly that but,' as Kim says, 'Oh here we go.'

Khloe just says, 'Kim… as long as you actually follow through,' as Kim says, 'Whatever,' as Khloe continues, 'As long as everyone's on board, these are non-negotiables, trust me,' as Kim says, 'Oh I've been following through.'

Khloe adds, 'The second you say, OK now it's only 10 minutes but you then really give 20…' as Kim explains, 'Nope. So I finally was like I've had it, I don't care and I'm just like, 'Oh no I'm not dealing with this. I'm not dealing with the attitude… you know, I just don't deal with the attitude. Before I would be like, 'OK fine, you wanna be on your phone for 10 more minutes, OK, you want candy, OK just leave me alone… just stop begging, and now I'm just like, 'The answer is no.'

Khloe adds, 'The minute you break they are predators. They can smell blood and weakness.'

Kim adds in confession, 'I was just being really lenient, because it was easier for me, and I was like, I can't. I put my all into like everything else. This has to be my all times a million, and I'm gonna have to go through the hard times of like whining and crying like, 'No why are you changing the rules. I used to have my device all the time.' And I'm like no, it's gonna be this way. So I've just changed a lot of little things around my house. I'm basically turning into Kourtney and Khloe.

Kim tells Khloe, 'I'm like shocked that I live in peace,' as Khloe smiles and Kim admits in confession, 'So maybe Khloe was a little right,' with a shrug.

Khloe tells Kim, 'I'm happy for you. You deserve peace, you deserve no tantrums,' as Kim adds, 'Like I actually can't believe this is my life,' as Khloe says, 'Keep it up.'

Khloe adds in confession, 'I love that Kim is leaning this. I mean, I've been telling Kim this for years, but I think she needs to be a little firmer with some of her kids and she just has to follow through with whatever she says, if it's yes, if it's no, whatever, and I am so happy that Kim is finally on board with the follow-through.'

I'm basically turning into Kourtney and Khloe

Someone on Khloe's team says she's been looking for a 'cap' to some bottle as they think it's in her vagina.

'I don't know where it is. A lot of things get lost in there. It's like the Bermuda Triangle in my puss,' Khloe jokes as she stands up and shakes about as the cap falls to the floor eventually.

The episode cuts to Kris' house as Kim stops by with a cake to try and cheer her up before her big surgery.

'My mom is pretty sad about having to lose her ovaries and I think we just need to make it into a positive moment and bring her something to cheer her up and just celebrate the amazing work those ovaries have done,' Kim says in confession.

Kim walks into Kris' house and says, 'I brought us a little cake,' as she finds Kris and her boyfriend Corey Gamble.

Kris reads the cake - 'It's not ovary yet' - as she bursts into laughter as Khloe walks in with flowers and balloons.

'Cake and balloons and flowers?' Kris exclaims as Khloe says in confession, 'We know that my mom is feeling a little anxious about her operation coming up. What we do best is we rally around each other in times of need, in happy times, when we're scared.'

Kris clutches her huge bouquet of flowers and proclaims, 'I feel like I just gave birth all over again,' as Khloe adds, 'to six f***ing phenomenal human beings.'

Kris clutches her huge bouquet of flowers and proclaims, 'I feel like I just gave birth all over again,' as Khloe adds, 'to six f***ing phenomenal human beings'

Kim adds, 'Your ovaries have worked overtime,' as Khloe adds, 'Like leave them alone.'

Kris adds in confession, 'I loved being pregnant, loved loved loved being pregnant,' as we see throwback snaps of her with various baby bumps.

'I do mourn not ever being able to be pregnant again. It was just this delicious time in my life where I felt like everything came to a halt. Life was beautiful. It was the best time of my life, the best years,' Kris says in confession.

Back at Kris' house, Kris cuts the cake, adding, 'To new beginnings, knowing I'll never be pregnant again.'

'Where are the rest of your kids?' Khloe asks, as Corey says, 'Kourtney seems like she should've been first here.'

Kim adds before taking a bite of cake, 'I would just say, make note of the ones that show up, show up first,' with a wink.

Kim adds, 'That's what I would do in my will. Who showed up at my ovary party?' Khloe says, 'She might want to eat your uterus. She eats her placenta, so maybe hide it,' which shocks Corey.

Khloe explains, 'Kourtney eats placenta all the time,' as Kim admits, 'I did,' while Kris says, 'A placenta is the baby's home during the pregnancy, it's what the baby lives in.'

Khloe explains, 'Kourtney eats placenta all the time,' as Kim admits, 'I did,' while Kris says, 'A placenta is the baby's home during the pregnancy, it's what the baby lives in'

Corey asks, 'So you eat it, what, it's gonna give you nutrition, muscles?' Khloe says, 'It's barbaric,' and Kris says, 'But that's like eating your own body parts.'

Corey adds, 'Hey, let everybody eat their pla-pla-pla in peace,' as Kris adds, 'Did you know when I gave birth to you,' while pointing at Khloe, adding, 'you were born with all of your eggs and you were also born with any of True's eggs,' which Kris had brought up before.

An exasperated Khloe just says, 'Mom,' adding in confession, 'Oh God, I mean, not this again. We've already talked about this and it's proof that you don't listen.'

They show a flashback where Kourtney says, 'You know how like True has eggs in her body right now, she was inside of you when you were inside of mom,' as Kris interjects, 'So basically I made True.'

Back at Kris' house, the matriarch insists, 'I basically made all of your kids…' as Corey finishes, 'with her one transaction,' as Kris adds, 'And all of True's kids.'

Kim adds, 'But you don't even know if she's gonna have a girl,' as Kim rolls her eyes in confession as Kris tries to explain that she heard this from Kendall… the one sibling without a child.

'You're just trusting something Kendall says?' Khloe asks as Kim adds, 'Who has no kids?' as Khloe adds, 'Who doesn't know how to cut a cucumber?'

Kim adds in confession, 'Yeah, absolutely not true. Like what? You don't even know who your partner is yet.'

They show a flashback where Kourtney says, 'You know how like True has eggs in her body right now, she was inside of you when you were inside of mom,' as Kris interjects, 'So basically I made True'

Khloe tells Kris to, 'Call a doctor,' but Kris calls Kendall, because, 'she knows this,' while Kim actually calls Doctor A.

Kris asks Kendall, 'When I gave birth to Khloe, she was born with all of her eggs… but what about True?'

'Yeah, of course,' Kendall says confidently, while Khloe grabs the phone and talks to Kendall and Kim talks to Dr. A.

'My mom, Khloe and I are having this debate. When my mom gave birth to Khloe…' Kim tells Dr. A., while Khloe tells Kendall, 'A man's sperm dictates the gender of the baby,

Kim asks, 'But is Khloe born with all of True's eggs?' Dr. A. says, 'No,' as Kim says, 'See? Khloe and I are right. I'm talking to a certified doctor.'

Khloe tells Kendall, 'We're talking to a real doctor and the doctor says you're f***ing wrong and that yes, I'm born with all my eggs but…' as Kendall hangs up but Kris says, 'No, let Kendall explain.'

'Kendall isn't a doctor!' Khloe exclaims, as Kris says in confession, 'I don't even know anymore. I just know I made a whole bunch of eggs.'

Khloe tells Kris, 'Mom, I love you and you're in charge of a lot, but not that,' as Kim explains, 'She's saying that you (Kris) are not forming our eggs,' as Kris says, 'Way to burst my bubble!'

'Kendall isn't a doctor!' Khloe exclaims, as Kris says in confession, 'I don't even know anymore. I just know I made a whole bunch of eggs'

Kris adds in confession, 'Just admit it! I made everybody! I am every woman! Literally… or I made every woman… kind of…'

Back at Kris' house, Kris says, 'We all need a Khloe in our lives. Thank God my ovaries were working then.'

Khloe shows, 'Kendall will always be mom's screensaver, no matter what,' as Corey adds, 'What happened to Kourtney?'

'Kourtney's a f***ing slowpoke,' Khloe says, adding she won't be there because, 'I have dinner with my kids and my brother is coming over for a date.'

Khloe asks in confession, 'Where are all the other kids? I mean it's just Kim and I here, but maybe we're the only good eggs.'

Khloe asks Kris to hold her, 'one last time like a baby' as Khloe crawls awkwardly into Kris' lap as Kris asks if she can burp her.

Khloe says she's taking off, offering a few parting words: 'Namaste… namaste inside your uterus.'

Just after Khloe leaves, Kourtney shows up as Kris thanks her, 'for my cake and for my flowers and for my balloons.'

Kris adds in confession, 'Just admit it! I made everybody! I am every woman! Literally… or I made every woman… kind of…'

Back at Kris' house, Kris says, 'We all need a Khloe in our lives. Thank God my ovaries were working then.'

'I heard I missed it,' Kourtney says as Kim adds, 'I think it's over,' as Kourtney says, 'The ovaries are over?'

Kris asks, 'Did you see what the cake said?' Kourtney walks over to the cake as Kourtney reads it and says it's cute.

Kris says, 'Look at my flowers,' as Kourtney says, 'I picked out the flowers myself,' as Kris says, 'That was nice, thank you,' though when Kourtney walks away Kris says, 'I don't believe her for a second.'

Kourtney admits in confession, 'I've never seen those flowers in my life,' with a laugh, as Kourtney sits down next to Kris and says, 'So your thing happens when I'm in Australia?'

'Oh you are? You're gone?' Kris asks as Kourtney says, 'Do you think I should definitely be going?' Kim says, 'Yeah, why?'

Kourtney says, 'Like here, I'm home most of the time. I go walking, I'm in a gated community, I don't have to worry about anyone seeing me, like I don't know, cause it's like a lot to bring…'

Kim says, 'A baby? It's the best time to travel with a baby,' as Kourtney says, 'No, the baby, I know he's like super-easy, so I feel like the flight and all that will be fine.'

Kourtney adds, 'I could either have a carrier and cover him or we have a stroller and cover,' as Kim says, 'Yeah, you'll be fine. It's just when you land and get in there. Are you flying commercial?'

'I heard I missed it,' Kourtney says as Kim adds, 'I think it's over,' as Kourtney says, 'The ovaries are over?'

'Yes,' Kourtney says, as Kim admits, 'Actually the paparazzi is brutal. From the moment you land it's Paparazzi City, just so you know.'

Kourtney adds, 'And like I haven't… and that's one thing, I haven't shown him (Rocky) and there's no paparazzi rules.'

Kourtney admits in confession, 'I'm starting to get a bit of anxiety about going to Australia. Rocky hasn't been seen, and in California there's a law that if I don't show the baby's face that the paparazzi have to blur his image, but in Australia, supposedly, there are no paparazzi laws, so they can take a photo and you know sell their image, so I think even knowing that we're going on a plane with a lot of people, I'm just feeling really protective, just a lot to think about.'

Back at Kris' house, Kim says, 'I think it's good for them to travel the world. Mason is coming over for dinner tonight. Should I say something about Australia?'

Kourtney tells Kim, 'Yes,' adding in confession, 'Mason like isn't wanting to come because he's a teenager and wants to be with his friend and his dad and I don't want to not see him.'

Kim says, 'What if I just say, 'It's too bad you're not going because I was gonna tell you all the cool places to go. This is what you should do, you really should reconsider.'

Kourtney adds, 'Yeah, and say, 'And what a nice memory with your mom,' as Kim says, 'Yeah, what are you gonna do?'

Kim adds in confession, 'The good thing about having sisters that are really close with our kids and loves our kids like our own is like when I'm having a hard time with North, she'll go over to Kourtney's and she'll help me out, and then when she's having a hard time with Mason, he'll come over to my house and I'll help her out and talk to him so we really like tap each other out.'

Kourtney tells Kim, 'Yes,' adding in confession, 'Mason like isn't wanting to come because he's a teenager and wants to be with his friend and his dad and I don't want to not see him'

Kourtney says in confession, 'How they always say with parenting, like, 'It takes a village,' I think with Kim and I specifically because our older kids are close in age, I think we're always just trying to help each other when we can.'

Back at Kris' house, Kourtney says, 'I don't feel like ready to go out of my blissful baby bubble and back into the world.'

Back in confession, Kourtney says, 'So I wanna go, you know, have an adventure with the kids and with our family and be there to support my husband so that he's not all alone on tour, I think I'm torn.'

Back at Kris,' Kim says she's going to go and Kourtney says she'll walk out with her and gives Kris a hug.

Kourtney says she leaves Saturday and leaves with saying, 'I love you. Happy ovaries.'

Kris says to the camera, 'That was so cute of the girls to come over and bring cake and balloons and flowers and make me feel so much better about the whole situation and really put a smile on my face.'

The episode cuts to Rodeo Drive where Kris arrives and is told by Tony Ferrera that she's the first person to see the newly renovated Saks Beverly Hills.

Kris tells the camera, 'This is such an exciting day and I've invited two of my BFFs - Faye (Resnick) and Kathy (Hilton), and Kourtney, you always say I need therapy, well this is my retail therapy, so thanks for the suggestion kiddo.'

Kourtney says in confession, 'How they always say with parenting, like, 'It takes a village,' I think with Kim and I specifically because our older kids are close in age, I think we're always just trying to help each other when we can'

'It's so great being here again,' Kathy says, as Kris says in confession, 'Kathy and Faye have been in my life for decades. Who doesn't love to go shopping with their girlfriends? And I also wanna share with them a little bit about my surgery coming up. I would love to have their emotional support.

Kris does some shopping, saying she needs to deliver a pair of sparkling roller skates to Kylie's daughter Stormi for her birthday.

They all look down from the top as Kris says, 'I love the fact that they kept the staircase,' as Kris points out the Good American section, the clothing line that Khloe runs.

'Ladies and gentlemen, mama needs a cocktail,' as they are lead into another room and toast with large martinis.

'So here's to us, love you guys,' Kris says as they all sip their drinks, before trying on various outfits, while Tony shows them a handbag that isn't available to the public yet.

Kris points out that Kathy's dress has the word 'confidential' printed on her behind as Kathy says, 'It is very confidential.'

They go 'have a little chat' on the stairs as Kris tells them, 'OK, before we go to dinner, I just wanna tell you guys that I'm…' as she pauses and Kathy says, 'This makes me nervous.'

Faye adds, 'I can't take this, I can't take this,' as Kris admits, 'I'm a little nervous,' as Kathy guesses, 'You're pregnant.'

'It's so great being here again,' Kathy says, as Kris says in confession, 'Kathy and Faye have been in my life for decades. Who doesn't love to go shopping with their girlfriends? And I also wanna share with them a little bit about my surgery coming up. I would love to have their emotional support

'No. The exact opposite. I'm glad you brought that up because tomorrow morning at six o'clock in the morning I'm going to have a hysterectomy,' Kris admits.

Faye gasps but says, 'That's fine,' as Kathy says, 'OK, don't be worried about that.'

Kris admits, 'It started out as just getting some ovaries removed and then today I got a phone call. Doctor A, she goes, 'Listen, I really think the best thing for you is to remove the whole thing, do the whole hysterectomy, and not give anything a chance to grow anywhere, no ovarian cancer…'

Kathy and Faye agree, as Kathy says, 'Right, and you can feel free,' as Faye adds, 'And, by the way, going forward, and that's the benefit of the hysterectomy. You don't have to worry about that going forward.'

Kathy adds, 'So many people I know have (had it done),' which seems to reassure Kris, who asks, 'Really?' Kathy nods her head and says, 'They're fine.'

Kris adds, 'You know what no one talks about? No one talks about getting older, no one talks about menopause, no one told me about menopause.'

'It's the unspoken,' Faye says, as Kris adds, 'It's interesting that in today's day and age, this generation thinks that you guys are gonna live forever, and you're not. Well, here's the thing, I did it, they found something, we're here to fix it and I'm gonna do something and remove something that gave me six of the best parts of my whole life,' as Kris starts getting emotional.

'You start thinking about what this means,' Kris says, as she adds in confession, 'I think I'm emotional about it because when you're young, you start talking about wanting a family, your friends are having babies or not having babies. It was all we talked about, literally for 40 or 50 years, so here we are now, talking about it again, and it's the other side of the process, and it makes me very sad.'

Kris tells them, 'I just wanted you guys to know because you're my besties and I didn't want to wake up tomorrow and go, 'I never told the girls.'

Kris tells them, 'I just wanted you guys to know because you're my besties and I didn't want to wake up tomorrow and go, 'I never told the girls'

Kathy says, 'No, I'm glad. I thought you were gonna tell me you were getting married,' as Kris laughs and adds, 'I mean, not right at this very second.'

'I was gonna say, six in the morning, that's a little early for me,' Kathy jokes as Kris says, 'You guys could totally be bridesmaids when I get married… so maybe when I'm 70.

Faye jokingly calls for Tony and asks what they're wearing for bridesmaid gowns.

Kris adds in confession, 'My family means everything to me, but so do my girlfriends, and I think because we've been friends for so long and we're all about the same age, it just means a lot to sit and have their emotional support.'

Kathy tells Kris a story about a friend who had a hysterectomy, adding, 'You're not gonna believe what they found. Guess what they found?'

'A wallet?' Kris asks and Kathy says, 'A ball of hair,' as Kris adds in confession, 'Great, terrified for a whole new reason now, Kathy, thanks.'

Faye adds, 'Kris, I know we're making light of this, but please understand you're gonna fine,' as Kris says, 'I know, I just wanted you guys to know, but I'm a little scared.'

'It's all gonna be fine,' Kathy insists as Kris hugs them both, adding, 'Thank you for always being there for me, even in the worst of times and the best of times… for how many f***ing decades.'

The episode cuts to Khloe, who is getting ready for a photo shoot for the Fabletics brand

The episode cuts to Khloe, who is getting ready for a photo shoot for the Fabletics brand.

'Today I am at the Fabletics offices. I post my workouts a lot, and Fabletics noticed that I was wearing their clothing and working out in it,' Khloe says in confession.

Someone from Fabletics says, 'This is gonna be an amazing day for you, and the brand,' as Khloe agrees.

'They reached out to my mom and said they would love to do a collab with me. Working out is something that makes me happy, and to do something that is this authentic to me, something that I genuinely love, makes my heart so happy.'

Khloe is introduced in front of a big crowd for a Q&A at the Fabletics offices, as she's asked what has it been like partnering with the brand.

'Well, it's honestly been amazing. I just love what the values are at Fabletics, and then just how included I was in the whole design process, because I am really bossy and I am really opinionated and I know what I like and I don't ever just want to just put my name on anything, I want to make sure it's actually something that I want to wear that I feel good in and something I feel comfortable having people buy,' Khloe says in the Q&A.

Khloe adds in confession, 'Trust me. When people dangle a nice check in front of your face and you're like supposed to do a post for something, yes, that's so enticing, I get it. When we first started doing this show, I was so excited anyone wanted me for anything. I definitely took the money and ran back in the early 2000s, but you learn your lessons, you also learn the value of your platform, like how powerful your voice is and I just dont' wanna throw away people's money.'

Back at the Q&A, Khloe is said that 'one comment we heard repetitively was everyone wanted to know your workout regimen.'

Khloe adds in confession, 'Trust me. When people dangle a nice check in front of your face and you're like supposed to do a post for something, yes, that's so enticing, I get it. When we first started doing this show, I was so excited anyone wanted me for anything. I definitely took the money and ran back in the early 2000s, but you learn your lessons, you also learn the value of your platform, like how powerful your voice is and I just dont' wanna throw away people's money'

'I do circuit training with cardio intervals, so I'm always spiking my heart rate up and down. For a shoot like that where I know I'm gonna be showing a lot of skin, I definitely work out much harder. And then I always celebrate with full large pizza, because that's just the way it goes,' she says, and what asked what flavor, she says, 'just cheese.'

'I'm a kids menu type of girl, just cheese, but life's about balance, so, like, there you go,' Khloe tells the crowd.

Back in confession, Khloe adds, 'When I was bigger, if they had Ozempic, I probably would have tried it, because I tried any other thing. I tried any fad weight loss trend, except for the real thing that actually works, and that's a lifestyle change. So I really wanna encourage healthiness and not about the number on a scale. I just think people should be active. I don't really care what your size is, and you should just be healthy and stronger for yourself.'

The crowd applauds for Khloe as she adds in confession, 'My family is like, 'Oh you never leave the house.' I love that they want me to,' as Khloe tells the crowd that she's 'never leaving' and that she feels, 'so good right now I'm like f**k yeah,' as she poses for photos, one where she goes down to her knees as she starts joking, 'I haven't been on my knees in a long time, Oh my God.'

'But they act like i'm miserable, or like, 'Oh she's locked up in that tower,' it's like, I'm perfectly happy, like, I'm good.'
