An LAPD officer was publicly shamed by his ex-wife during a council meeting after she called in and accused him of failing to pay child support.

During a recent Central Hollywood Neighborhood Council meeting at Hollywood City Hall, residents were merely expressing their local concerns when the angry woman called in and blasted an officer in attendance.

The bizarre moment was filmed by a resident that sat in the back of the room as the woman's call was played out loud for everyone to hear.

The unnamed woman said that she was calling to follow up after she contacted the Los Angeles Police Department regarding missing child support payments from officer Brian White.

'Officer Brian White and I have three kids together and he has not paid child support,' his ex-wife said.

LAPD officer Brian White (pictured seated, center) was called out by his ex-wife for not paying child support during a council meeting in Hollywood, California

As she expressed her concerns, residents and members started laughing as they looked at the officer who sat in silence before apologizing to everyone.

Video of the moment started about 26 minutes after the meeting began.

'Good evening council, I'm just calling because I have not received a response from the LAPD,' the ex-wife said.

'I have left a few messages regarding this, this is regarding officer Brian White who's there right now.'

'Officer Bryan White and I have three kids together and he has not paid child support,' his ex-wife said as people in the room laugh out loud.

A female councilmember then raised her hands in the air and looked at the officer who stayed quiet with an awkward look on his face.

After a couple more laughs from people, officer White adjusted himself in his chair and said 'I'm sorry' to everyone.

People continued to giggle and look at each other in disbelief as one man, dressed in a cream colored top, khaki pants and black baseball hat, turned around and said: 'That's ghetto.'

The filmier then turned the camera back on White as a guy next to her, dressed in a gray sweatshirt, baseball hat and aviator glasses on his face, tried to hide that he was laughing.

The woman behind the camera said: 'How does he not find this funny?' as she turned the camera toward him sitting upright and looking at the council members.

Prior to the embarrassing moment, White addressed the group and answered resident's questions

As she accused the officer, residents and council members laughed before the meeting moved on

Following the embarrassing phone call, council members continued on with the hour-and-a-half-long meeting.

DailyMail.com contacted the LAPD and the Central Hollywood Neighborhood Council for comment.

According to the council's website, the public meetings are held on the fourth Monday of every month at 6pm.

The council 'serves to increase public participation in government and make local electeds and city departments more responsive to local needs.'

The council's board, made up of 10 people, is allocated a budget of about $32,000 by the city from resident's tax dollars.

Following the dramatic moment, commenters quickly reacted online as one said: 'Good on her for calling him out. What a lowlife not paying child support!'

'Sick burn,' another wrote. Another said: 'GO MOM!!!'

A commenter wrote: 'That’s WILD I Stan her, get your coins sis!!'
