Spider-Man filmmaker Sam Raimi's wife Gillian Greene has filed for divorce from the director after 31 years of marriage in Los Angeles.
Greene, 56, filed papers for the split from Raimi, 64, on Wednesday, TMZ reported after reviewing court docs, saying they had 'irreconcilable differences.'
The pair, who initially exchanged vows on September 17, 1993 share five adult children.
Greene requested spousal support in her filing with the court, and asked it to prevent Raimi from getting alimony.
The court papers did not indicate a prenuptial agreement in place, according to the outlet.

Greene told the court that she and Raimi would have to delineate and divide their assets and property moving forward.
The outlet noted that the split of the longtime show business couple was 'pretty stunning,' and there had been 'no signs of trouble' ahead of Wednesday's news.
