A 29-year-old Las Vegas man hung out in a parking lot and acted strangely before attacking his victim and eating his face, surveillance shows.

Colin Czech, 29, was seen doing push-ups, attacking and mocking a 7-Eleven employee in a parking lot, and acting abnormally before he allegedly killed Kenneth Brown near a Las Vegas bus stop on April 28.

Surveillance videos, obtained by 8 News Now, shows Czech awkwardly standing in a far corner of a parking lot before bizarrely dropping onto the pavement to do unsteady push-ups.

Later on, the man was seen attacking a 7-Eleven employee around 3am after mocking him, by mimicking the worker as he swept the parking lot.

Eventually, the two got into an altercation near the corner of the convenience store after Czech threw a punch at the man, causing him to fall to the ground. The pair tussled, with the employee eventually gaining ground and was able to get himself away.

He has been charged with murder and attempted murder.

A judge ruled Czech mentally competent to stand trial and he is expected to return to court on August 8.

He was also seen in a stand-off with the employee and another older man in the parking, caused a manager inside to call police.

A manager told dispatchers: 'I have this dude outside. He just jumped on one of my customers. I just had my customer come inside.

'This cat [Czech], he was standing out here all night and he finally did put his hands on somebody.'

Czech, who is homeless, eventually left the 7-Eleven to go to a different convenience store on Charleston Boulevard, before walking to the bus stop across the street.

He used a weapon to kill Brown at the bus stop before he allegedly ate the deceased man's face, including his eyeball, according to 8 News Now.

Witnesses called 911, saying Czech was 'banging [Brown's] head on the concrete, appeared paranoid, was screaming and yelling, and pacing in front of the business.'

Another 911 call was placed at 5:33am saying the same man was 'eating the face of the male on the ground' at a nearby bus stop. Police arrived four minutes later and were horrified to allegedly find Czech with blood and 'biological matter' on his face, hands, mouth, and clothing.

'It’s bad, ma'am,' a convenience worker said in the 911 call. 'Oh my God — I don’t what the f**k he’s doing to this man, that’s some weird s**t.'

A female officer asked Czech: 'What's going on?' as he sat next to his victim, both covered in blood and Brown's ear on the sidewalk, the local outlet reported.

He has been charged with murder and attempted murder. A judge ruled Czech mentally competent to stand trial and he is expected to return to court on August 8

Czech told police he had been awake for 'five days straight' and voices in his head were 'possessing him' and told him to kill someone.

He also told police he used his 'teeth to eat [Brown's] eyeballs and ears,' documents said.

He also allegedly claimed Brown 'attacked him' and he thought he was fighting a 'shape-shifter' but was helped to victory by a 'higher power.'

Voices in his head told him to kill a person called Drake, whom he didn't know and thought it was Brown, he allegedly told police. Czech also said he was 'tweaking.'
