White 'trad-wife's' African American boss breaks her silence after 'influencer' was fired for casually saying n-word while filming cooking video

The former employer of the white 'trad wife' influencer, who used the n-word in one of her controversial videos, has spoken out.

The message from Rophe, a North Carolina-based company, came after TikToker Lilly Gaddis made a series of inflammatory comments, including references to 'dumb wh***s' and 'immigrants fresh off the boat looking for a green card.'

In response, Gaddis' employer terminated her and released a statement after a firestorm erupted online with people shocked at her careless gibes.

'We at Rophe of the Carolinas want to address a recent incident that has caused concern and upset among our stakeholders,' a statement read.

'A newly hired employee made inflammatory remarks on social media that do not align with the values and beliefs of our company... the employee in question is no longer with the company.

Lilly Gaddis, a 'trad-wife' influencer, has sparked fresh backlash for a video in which she hit out at minorities, feminists and the LGBTQ community after using the 'n-word' in a video

'We are owned and operated by African American female and immigrant owned business [sic] and handled this situation as quickly as we could,' they added.

Before signing off, the company assured customers of their commitment to diversity: 'We want to assure you that we are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful work environment where all individuals are valued and respected.'

While a significant number of online viewers and commenters were shocked and disgusted with Gaddis' language and felt the firing was an appropriate response, others felt her firing was an overreaction to a 'non-scandal.'

Others mocked the grammatical errors peppered throughout the company's note.

'Love that their official statement is riddled with grammatical errors. Next firing should be whichever DEI hire oversees their communications,' wrote one account.

The message from Rophe comes after Gaddis posted a follow-up video acknowledging that she'd upset 'members of a certain community.'

But she went on to say that 'the backlash made me do a deep dive and a soul search and after all that I still couldn't find a care.'

To further prove her point, the quasi-social media figure made an appearance on InfoWars, where she said 'America is not a racist country,' and what she said in her original video is protected free speech.

Gaddis had been a marketing and sales manager at Rophe of the Carolinas, but on Friday, she posted: 'Oh no I just got fired! #mob,' that garnered some 307,000 views.

Her Twitter account was temporarily suspended however has since been reinstated. It is not clear if she was banned from TikTok as well, but her page is currently unavailable.

After the social media videos, she filmed herself addressing the backlash, but refused to apologize while wearing a t-shirt with the American Flag on it

Dressed in a floral apron with her hair pulled back, she filmed herself sprinkling garlic powder, pepper and olive oil in a bowl, as she spoke her mind.

'Guys certain guys think all girls are gold diggers. I don't know if you get your information from street interviews from Miami at 3am outside of a nightclub,' she says in the video.

'You are getting the opinion from some dumb wh***s and immigrants fresh off the boat looking for a green card. Yes, they are probably gold diggers but that is the exception - I am the rule,' she says tapping herself to further express her point.

'Everyone I know that is married right now is married to broke ass n*****, and they don't care. We don't give a f*** about money.'

Gaddis is seen wearing an apron and cooking in her kitchen following a rant in which she used the n-word appeared on Twitter and TikTok

Gaddis then released another Twitter video where she told her followers,  'A recent video of mine seems to have upset members of a certain community.

'All the backlash made me do a deep dive and a soul search and after all that I still couldn't find a care.'

A video flashes on the screen of a white man saying:  'You are going to call us racists. You are going to call us potential Timothy McVeighs.  F*** You. (Pause). War.'

That tirade is followed by a comment by Larry Flynt, publisher of Hustler magazine, who said, 'If the First Amendment is intended to protect anything, it's intended to protect offensive speech. If you're not going to offend anyone, you don't need protection.'

More than 400 people posted their reaction from the video, with some expressing their outrage while others were confused.

On Friday gave an update to her followers that she got axed
