Saudi league leaders Al-Hilal will move to land Tottenham forward Richarlison this summer.
Mail Sport understands they made enquiries to Spurs over the Brazilian in January in the wake of Neymar’s season-ending knee injury.
The club, one of the four backed by the Saudi Public Investment Fund and fast closing in on the Pro League title, are privately confident they will secure a deal the 27-year-old.
A formal approach has not yet been made for a player who still has three years remaining on his deal. However, Tottenham are expected to listen to offers, with Ange Postecoglou planning a significant overhaul of his squad this summer.
Richarlison is unlikely to play again this season after he was left out of Brazil’s Copa America squad this week because of a calf injury.

This latest setback follows the knee issues that kept him out for much of the second half of the campaign, prior to returning to Postecoglou’s side last week at Chelsea and scoring his 11th goal of the season at Liverpool on Sunday – his first for three months.
Speaking ahead of Tottenham’s fixture with Burnley on Saturday, Postecoglou said: ‘Richy has been really good for us this year.
‘He has got in the double figures this year and he has missed a huge chunk of it, but every time he has played he has looked effective like he did against Liverpool.’
