Alec Baldwin has been caught on camera punching the phone of a pro-Palestine protester who accosted him inside a New York City coffee shop.
The protester, who hosts an anti-fascist interview show called Crackhead Barney & Friends, posted a video of interaction on Twitter.
'Alec can you please say free Palestine one time,' the protester repeatedly shouted at Baldwin.
'Free Palestine, Alec, just one time and I'll leave you alone. I'll leave you alone, I swear, just say free Palestine one time.'
A coffee shop employee tried to ask the protester to stop quibbling with Baldwin, as the actor walked towards the door and asked her to leave.
'Why did you kill that lady? You killed that lady and got no jail time,' the protester said referencing the fatal Rust set shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
Baldwin's criminal trial for the shooting is set to begin on July 10, after a grand jury indicted him for involuntary manslaughter back in January.
The actor, 66, has pleaded not guilty to the charge and his defense attorneys are urging the judge to dismiss the indictment against him, accusing prosecutors of 'unfairly stacking the deck' in grand jury proceedings, reported the Associated Press.
Rust armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was sentenced to 18 months in prison after she was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in March by a jury, making her the first crewmember to be convicted in the accidental shooting of Hutchins.
A visibly irritated Baldwin asked the employee to call the police and told the protester he would not say free Palestine.
He said 'can you do me one quick favor' before smacking the protesters phone from her hand.
Dailymail.com has reached out to Baldwin's representatives for comment on the confrontation.

In video posted to social media, one protestor shoved a phone in the actor's face, demanding to know whether he supported Israel.
'Because I'm in Hollywood?' Baldwin responded. 'You ask stupid questions. Ask me a smart question.'
Baldwin and the protestor continued to shout at each other before police led the actor away.
A crowd followed Baldwin and some taunted him for the fatal shooting on the Rust movie set in 2021.
It is unclear why the actor was in the vicinity of the march organized by Within Our Lifetime, a Palestinian-led community organization that has been active in New York City since 2015.
