Alexis Sanchez could be set for a sensational return to one of his former sides this summer.
The forward has enjoyed an ilustrious career, turning out for the likes of Barcelona, Arsenal and Inter Milan over the last few years as he became one of the best players in world football.
Now 35, he is winding down his career but made 33 appearances for Inter in Serie A last season, netting four goals as he played a bit-part role in Simone Inzaghi's side's campaign.
His future beyond this summer remains unclear, with his contract in Italy set to expire this summer and the two parties agreeing not to renew his deal, meaning he would be available for free should he decide to move on once again.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, meanwhile, the Chilean could make a staggering comeback with former side Udinese, with the forward playing for the club between 2006 and 2011 before leaving for Barcelona.

Sanchez joined the club as a 17-year-old after starting his career with Cobreloa, signalling his first move to Italy.
After loan spells with Colo-Colo and River Plater, he established himself as a key player for the club and earned a move to Barcelona for a fee of £30million, learning under Pep Guardiola.
In total, he made 95 appearances for Udinese, scoring 20 goals.
After four years with Barca, he moved to the Premier League, joining Arsenal for the same fee he moved to Spain for an immediately became a key player under Arsene Wenger.
He netted 80 goals in 166 appearances for Arsenal, departing in 2018 for Manchester United in a swap deal for Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
His form stalled at Old Trafford, where he made 45 appearances, managing just five goals, and he eventually left for Inter, initially on loan before making the move permanent in 2020.
After two years, he had a year with Marseille in France, but moved back to Inter on a one-year deal at the start of the season.

The report however suggests that Sanchez must lower his demands if he is to join the club, with the forward thought to currently be on around £80,000-a-week.
Any deal would likely also include a sizeable signing-on fee due to no transfer fee being involved.
While he has already agreed to leave Inter at the end of his contract, it is unlikely a move will be compelted before the end of the Copa America, with Sanchez currently competing in the tournament for Chile.
