Andre Onana was seen flinging his gloves to the ground in frustration after the final whistle of Manchester United's 3-3 draw against Galatasaray following his errors which leave their Champions League hopes hanging by a thread.
The night had got off to a perfect start in the hostile Istanbul surroundings as Alejandro Garnacho and Bruno Fernandes fired Erik ten Hag's side into an early 2-0 lead.
But the Cameroonian was at fault for the home side's reply before the break when he failed to react to Hakim Ziyech's free-kick.
United restored their advantage thanks to Scott McTominay's 55th-minute strike, however, Onana would once again be punished by Ziyech's left-footed delivery, this time completely fluffing a tame shot from the Moroccan only minutes later.
Galatasaray found their equaliser shortly after when Muhammed Kerem Akturkoglu lashed in from a tight angle.

Onana - who has now been responsible for more errors leading to goals in the competition by any goalkeeper since the 2018-29 season - showed his dejection after the referee closed proceedings.
The 27-year-old could be seen throwing his gloves to the floor before pulling at his jersey as he collected this things from behind the goal.
The dropped points could cost United dearly. The side now find themselves bottom of Group A and needing a victory against Bayern Munich at Old Trafford to stand any chance of qualifying for the knockout rounds.
Even then, Ten Hg's side will have to hope for a draw in the match between Galatasaray and Copenhagen during the final matchday next month.
'You can't argue that the mistakes by the goalkeeper are very very expensive,' United legend Peter Schmeichel told CBS. 'When you play at this level, every little mistake will be penalised.'
