Manchester United endured another Champions League horror show as a 3-3 draw with Galatasaray left their last-16 hopes dangling by a thread.
Erik ten Hag's side are staring down the barrel of European elimination after chucking away 2-0 and 3-1 leads in a cauldron-like atmosphere on Wednesday night.
United received the classic 'Welcome to Hell' reception from the febrile home fans with an enormous banner at RAMS Park reading: 'Your Nightmare Is Back Again.'
So it proved, with United left needing to beat Bayern Munich on matchday six in two weeks' time and hope that Galatasaray and Copenhagen draw in the other game in order to sneak through.
While United didn't put in their worst performance of the season in Istanbul, they were let down once again by goalkeeper Andre Onana's calamities.

Goalkeeper Andre Onana endured a calamitous evening as United were held to a draw
Onana was at fault to some extent for all three of Galatasaray's goals and so it was little wonder French newspaper L'Equipe gave him a measly three out of 10 in their player ratings.

United's outfield players weren't spared, either, with Antony, Sofyan Amrabat and Victor Lindelof all scoring just four.
The team average came in at just 4.9 as Ten Hag's team once again underperformed when it mattered in Europe's leading competition.
Rasmus Hojlund, Luke Shaw, Harry Maguire and Aaron Wan-Bissaka were all given a middling five out of 10, with goalscorers Alejandro Garnacho and Scott McTominay getting six, and captain Bruno Fernandes top-scoring with seven.
Galatasaray weren't considered by L'Equipe to be any better than United, also averaging out at 4.9.
Tanguy Ndombele matched Onana with the unenviable three out of 10 score, while four players received marks of four.
Hakim Ziyech was named the game's best player with eight out of 10 after he scored twice and set up Galatasaray's equaliser for Kerem Akturkoglu.
Despite his latest set of errors, Ten Hag tried to clear the Cameroon goalkeeper of any blame, saying: 'We win and lose together. He (Onana) is okay. It is not about individuals. Individual errors in football can make a difference and you take responsibility for it, but it is always about the team.
'All the players in this squad deserve to play for Manchester United because they are brilliant players.
'We are very happy with our keeper group. They do very well and have good performances. They have to push each other.'
The Cameroonian was beaten by two Hakim Ziyech free kicks that spurred their late comeback
