Angel Reese has will enter the WNBA Draft, making the announcement in Vogue after LSU lost to Iowa in the NCAA tournament on Monday.

'I've done everything I wanted to in college,' Reese said, ahead of the Draft on April 15.

'I've won a national championship, I've gotten [Southeastern Conference] Player of the Year, I've been an All-American. My ultimate goal is to be a pro—and to be one of the greatest basketball players to play, ever. I feel like I'm ready.

'I’ll be working with grown women. I’ll be working with women that have kids, women that have a family to feed.

'I’m going to have to work my butt off every single day and grind. And who wouldn’t want that? I don’t want anything in my life to be easy.

Angel Reese has revealed that she will enter the WNBA Draft in Brooklyn on April 15

The 21-year-old Reese says she has achieved all she wants to at the college level

Reese was in tears as she reflected on the downside of having such a high profile on Monday

'I want to start at the bottom again. I want to be a rookie again and build myself back up; I want to be knocked down and learn and grow at the next level.'

She also tweeted: 'Grateful for these last four years and excited for this next chapter. #BAYOUBARBIEOUT.'

LSU lost 97-84 to Iowa on Monday, with Caitlin Clark outshining Reese with a stunning 41-point display.

The 21-year-old Reese scored 17 points for LSU in the loss and speaking after the game, became tearful as she opened up on receiving death threats away from the court.

'I don't really get to stand up for myself,' she said. 'I mean, I have great teammates. I have a great support system. I've got my hometown. I've got my family that stands up for me. I don't really get to speak out on things because I just ignore.

'I just try to stand strong,' she continued. 'I've been through so much, I've seen so much, I've been attacked so many times. Death threats, I've been sexualized, I've been threatened.

'I've been so many things and I've stood strong, every single time. And I just try to stand strong for my teammates because I don't want them to see me down, and not be there for them.

'I'm still a human. All this has happened since I won the national championship (in 2023), and I said the other day that I haven't [been] happy since then. And it sucks, but I still wouldn't change anything.

'And I would still sit here and say I'm unapologetically me, I'm gonna always leave that mark and be who I am and stand on that.

'And hopefully the little girls that look up to me... hopefully I give them some type of inspiration... keep being who you are, keep waking up every day, keep being motivated.'

Reese's loss to Clark comes after she went viral for taunting the Iowa star in last year's national championship game.

She waved her hand in front of her face and pointing to her ring finger - all gestures intended for Clark.

'I don't think people realize it's not personal,' Reese said ahead of Monday's game. 'Once we get out between those lines, if I see you walking down the street, it's like, "Hey, girl, what's up? Let's hang out." I think people just take it like we hate each other.

'Me and Caitlin Clark don't hate each other. I want everybody to understand that. It's just a super-competitive game. Once I get between those lines, there's no friends.'
