A primary school student has been rushed to hospital after his leg became impaled under a fence.
Emergency services were called to Annandale North Public School, on Johnston Street, in Sydney's inner west, at 10am on Tuesday.
The male student was found stuck under a fence with his lower leg impaled.
Paramedics freed the boy before he was rushed to Sydney Children's Hospital in a stable condition.
A NSW Ambulance spokeswoman told Daily Mail Australia the boy fell over before he got stuck under the fence.
More to come.
