Ben White has been caught undoing the gloves of Spurs goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario from the corner that put Arsenal ahead in the north London derby.
Bukayo Saka's inswinging corner was headed into the back of his own net by Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
However, fans are not happy with the legitimacy of the goal after watching replays back.
Arsenal defender White appeared to be wrestling with Vicario on the goal line, with replays now showing a sneaky tactic used by the former Brighton defender.
Upon second viewing, White can be seen unstrapping Vicario's glove as the pair tussle on the goal line just seconds before Arsenal go ahead.

The defender has been in fine form, having netted twice against Chelsea in midweek
Despite White's antics, VAR did not review the goal as Arsenal took an early lead against their rivals.
White was at it again for Arsenal's third goal, standing in front of the goalkeeper as Spurs didn't pick up on it before Havertz headed home with the Gunners cruising.
Fans took to social media to discuss the goal, with several pointing out what White had done.
'Ben White undoing the keeper’s gloves is the greatest sporting achievement of all time,' joked one Arsenal fan.
'Alright we need the clip of Ben White flicking Vicario’s thumb,' said another.
A fellow X user joked: 'The guy's a menace!' when watching the goal back.
It was the nightmare start for Spurs and Hojbjerg, who was heavily criticised ahead of the match.
Former Arsenal star Paul Merson predicted a tough match for the Dane as he said: ’The lad who is playing now [Odegaard would rather face],' he claimed.
'Bissouma is a quicker player. Hojbjerg, you get away from him and you’re away. Bissouma and Sarr are quicker.
'This lad will want to play – the problem is he thinks he’s a player. When they have the ball, he’ll start wanting to play it, but his natural reaction should be: “I’m in this team to stop him playing, so I’m just going to hook on him.”'
Spurs have a mountain to climb as they sit seven points behind Aston Villa in the race for top four in the Premier League this season.
Arsenal, on the other hand, are in a title race with Man City and will be hoping to lift the Premier League at the end of the season.
