Aston Villa secured a dramatic 1-0 victory over Arsenal at Villa Park to win their 15th consecutive league home game in a row.

John McGinn put the hosts ahead after just seven minutes following a fine move.

Arsenal squandered several chances, with Martin Odegaard missing the biggest.


However, Kai Havertz thought he had equalised in the last minute before he was adjudged to have handled in the build-up.
