Newly unveiled bank records show that President Joe Biden received at least three monthly payments from a company owned by Hunter Biden that took in millions from China, Republicans say.

In 2018, after Joe Biden had left the vice presidency and before he had launched his presidential campaign, he took in three payments of $1,380 each on September 17, October 15 and November 15. The payments came from Hunter-owned firm Owasco.

The Department of Justice is currently investigating whether Hunter Biden used Owasco to commit tax evasion.

The new payments come as House Republicans mull a potential vote on authorizing the impeachment investigation to ensure compliance from the White House and other entities for their document requests and subpoenas.

Recently Republicans leading the impeachment investigation publicized an email from a bank investigator who was alarmed by 'unusual' and 'erratic' activity in Hunter Biden's financial transactions with a Chinese company.

A joint venture between Hunter Biden and Chinese oil firm CEFC resulted in $5 million being transferred to Hunter's entities Hudson and Owasco. The money did not appear to have 'any services rendered' for it and serves 'no current business purpose,' the email continues.

In addition, the investigator raised the issue of China's targeting of 'children of politicians' where they 'purchase' political influence through 'sweetheart deals.'

Based on those concerns, the bank investigator ultimately recommended requiring a 're-evaluation' of the bank's relationship with 'high risk' client Hunter.

The House Oversight Committee, led by Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., claims to have uncovered $24 million in payments from foreign nationals to members of the Biden family.

'Payments to Joe Biden from Hunter's Owasco PC corporate account are part of a pattern revealing Joe Biden knew about, participated in and benefited from his family's influence peddling schemes,' Comer said in a statement.

Republicans on the Oversight Committee also raise concerns over a $40,000 check from Joe's brother James and his wife Sara to Joe.

The check was marked 'loan repayment' and came after bank records seen by DailyMail.com showed Joe had loaned James the exact amount weeks earlier. But Republicans cast doubt over whether that money was actually used as a loan repayment.

WhatsApp messages from August 2017 previously published by DailyMail.com, Hunter demanded $10 million from CEFC, and claimed his father was 'sitting here' next to him during the exchange.

After an initial $5 million from CEFC was put in the joint venture on August 8, 2017, and a transfer of $400,000 was placed into Hunter Biden entity Owasco, P.C. on the same day. Then, $150,000 was transferred directly from Owasco into the bank account of James and Sara Biden - Joe's sister-in-law - on August 14, 2017.

Then on September 3, 2017, Sara wrote a $40,000 check direct to Joe - just six days after she took out $50,000 in cash, according to the obtained documents.

Joe Biden has previously stated that Hunter never made money from China, and the White House has maintained that the president never benefitted from his family's business ventures.
