Donald Trump's former lawyer, Rudy Giuliani celebrated his 80th birthday at an Italian restaurant in New York - weeks after he was served an indictment notice at his other birthday celebration.
Two weeks ago, the former mayor was given the notice at his Palm Beach, Florida, celebration by two Arizona attorney general's office officials in the Arizona 'fake electors' case, accusing him and other's of trying to overturn the 2020 election results.
But the possible indictment has not seemed to dampen the broke lawyer's spirits as he was seen celebrating again at New York's Amata restaurant soon after.
The East 56th Street restaurant is owned by Giuliani's former chief of staff at City Hall Anthony Carbonetti's brother-in-law.
He was seen stepping out of a Dodge Durango with a security detail and into the restaurant - known for its moderately priced items, ranging from $19 Calabrese Meatballs to $26 Paccheri Bolognese pasta.

His lawyer Barry Kamins, stood outside the eatery afterward and told the New York Times: 'He's had great challenges, and I think it's amazing that under the pressure he's been under, he's been able to maintain his sanity in all of this.
'I know that we've tried to get people to come step up for him as character references, and a lot of people disappointed us and he's been disappointed in them as well.'
Arthur Aidala, a lawyer who specializes in representing 'tabloid villains', also contributed at the same time: 'Anyone who thinks that Mr. Giuliani is off his game in terms of legal acumen is strongly mistaken.
'He's sharp as a tack. We also represent Mayor Giuliani in his case in Georgia.'
A video message wishing the former mayor a happy birthday by the recently convicted ex-president was also played on a flat screen.
