Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy lost a lot of money betting on Joe Burrow - and he's not happy with the Bengals for 'lying' on their injury report.

Burrow, who left Thursday Night Football vs. the Ravens with a wrist injury and was later ruled out for the season, was seen before the game wearing a black sleeve on his throwing hand.

However, the quarterback was not given an injury designation heading into the matchup.

So after Portnoy put $120k on the Bengals to cover a four-point underdog spread, he felt extremely hard done by and even threatened Cincinnati with legal action.

'I'm filing a class action lawsuit against the Bengals and NFL for lying about the injury report,' he tweeted Friday after the game.

Burrow did not carry an injury designation but was seen with a brace on his hand before

And Portnoy was enraged after his hefty bet on the Bengals to cover was unsuccessful

'There is no shot I put 100k hard earned dollars on the Bengals if I knew Joe Burrow was injured going into the game. This committee owes me an apology!'

As shown in a screenshot posted by Portnoy to X, he would have netted $229,100 had the Bengals covered the four-point spread.

Instead, with backup quarterback Jake Browning forced to fill in for Burrow, the team lost 34-20.

He also said on Friday,  'REFUND ALL BETS!!!!!,' Portnoy tweeted. 'You can't do this in a legalized gambling world. 'REFUND ALL BETS!!!! JAIL FOR EVERYBODY.'

Joe Burrow was seen with his right hand wrapped before Thursday's game against the Ravens

While Portnoy seems unlikely to get his money back, the NFL is reportedly investigating the Bengals over why Burrow was not listed on their injury report going into the game.

The quarterback was also seen with a clearly wrapped right hand as he got off the team plane.

The Bengals could reportedly be fined or lose a draft pick if they are proven to have broken a rule regarding the reporting of Burrow's injury.

They fell to 5-5 after the loss.
