Vinicius Jr scored twice as Real Madrid rescued a draw in a topsy-turvy first leg of their Champions League semi-final against Bayern Munich.

The Brazilian silenced the Allianz Arena halfway through the first half as he pounced on Toni Kroos' sublime pass to slot the ball past Manuel Neuer. 

After a subdued first 45 minutes, Bayern hit back with two quick-fire goals in the second half.

Leroy Sane lashed in a superb equaliser for Bayern early in the second half 

Harry Kane put Bayern ahead four minutes later from the penalty spot 

Leroy Sane skipped past Ferland Mendy to lash home a stunning equaliser eight minutes into the second half, before Harry Kane put Bayern ahead from the penalty spot four minutes later after Lucas Vazquez brought down Jamal Musiala. 


But Bayern then gave away a penalty of their own with 10 minutes left as Kim Minjae fouled Rodrygo in the box and Vinicius made no mistake from the spot.
