President Joe Biden watched multiple times a his misbehaved German shepherd Commander attacked Secret Service members, according to records from the security agency.
The documents suggest that Commander, who was sent away from the White House in February, was responsible - along with Major Biden, the first family's other German shepherd, who was rehomed in 2021 - for some 36 attacks on security personnel.
Members of the president's detail reportedly wished one another a 'safe shift,' before beginning work alongside the dogs.
One workplace safety monitor pushed the White House to consider muzzling the dogs, as attack after attack occurred.
