Billy Vunipola is set to avoid any further punishment from Saracens after the club completed an internal investigation into his arrest in Majorca.
No 8 Vunipola will today return to training with Mark McCall's men at their St Albans base just four days after his career was plunged into doubt.
He was Tasered by police for resisting arrest and assaulting an officer while on a team bonding trip in the Balearics.
But Saracens are now ready to move on from the controversy surrounding his arrest.
Saracens' leading figures have discussed the events which led to Vunipola, 31, being Tasered twice in a bar in Palma in the early hours of Sunday. A drunk, shirtless Vunipola was restrained and taken to hospital where he had to be strapped to a bed.

He went on to face an 'express' trial in court where he was fined €240 (£205) and handed a suspended four-month prison sentence.
The view at Saracens is that the Majorca incident is now closed and that the focus must now be on the team's bid to defend their Gallagher Premiership crown.
There is also a desire to look after the personal well-being of Vunipola who has been a titanic figure at Saracens over the years as they have won English league and European titles. Vunipola had been teetotal since 2022 before the Majorca incident. There is also an acknowledgement Vunipola's remaining time at Saracens is limited given he is expected to leave the club at the end of the season and sign for French side Montpellier.
Vunipola's Montpellier move is still expected to go ahead despite the Majorca arrest.
Last season's Premiership champions Saracens are second in the table after a 15-12 win over Bath last Friday. It was after that game the team and staff went on a planned social abroad.
Vunipola has not been as central a figure for Saracens this season as he has been in past campaigns but he will surely want to end his last season at the club on a high.
Former London Irish and England wing turned Premiership television pundit Topsy Ojo believes Vunipola and Saracens will rally together in the wake of the Majorca incident and cannot be discounted from winning another title.
'Whatever happened, when it gets to this time of year, Saracens just zone in,' Ojo said. 'It's almost like nothing from the outside can penetrate this force field they can put up.
'A lot of the eyes this season have been on teams like Northampton and Bath. Not many people have been talking about Saracens which is probably exactly how they like it.

The No 8 will look to help his side end the season on a high and defend their Premiership title
He will be available for his side's remaining games, away to Bristol and at home to Sale
'Now all of a sudden Saracens are second and in sight of a home semi-final. Whatever has happened with Billy I'm sure Saracens will rally around each other and be ready and all guns blazing for that Bristol game. That's going to be a huge game because if Bristol beat them, their play-off place could be in jeopardy. I don't think outside distractions will get to them at all.'
While Vunipola is set to be available for Saracens' remaining Premiership fixtures away to Bristol and at home to Sale, his team-mate Maro Itoje is a doubt for those matches.
Itoje faced a disciplinary hearing for a dangerous tackle on Bath's Alfie Barbeary last night and will learn his fate today. If Itoje is found guilty, he is likely to be banned for two or three matches.
