Passengers at Birmingham Airport are facing yet another day of chaos as hundreds of people have been left waiting in long queues.
Claims have also been made that a doctor has had to treat two people for hypothermia.
Holidayers were standing in huge queues well outside the departure doors of the West Midlands airport in the early hours of this morning, with some turning up three hours before take-off only to find themselves a long way from departures.
Dr Simon Gillson claimed at 5.18 this morning that he had 'just treated two people for hypothermia' while waiting in a long queue outside the airport.
