Black Alabama man, 24, tasered by female cop who told him 'your b**** a** ain't so tough now' breaks silence on 'traumatizing' arrest ordeal where he was also wrongly held on fentanyl charge

A black Alabama man who had been tasered by a white cop and arrested for trafficking fentanyl is now sharing his harrowing story.

Officer Dana Elmore was seen on camera swearing and tasing Micah Washington, 24, with a stun gun while he was in handcuffs.

He was charged with trafficking fentanyl, but the charge and its accompanying $500,000 bond were dropped after 'further testing' showed the substance in his possession was not the opioid drug.

In an interview with ABC, Washington revealed what had happened during the incident and explained that he had never had a run-in or issue with police before.

'I try to act okay, but I am really traumatized. I don't know how to feel about police now.'

Officer Dana Elmore was seen on camera swearing and tasing Micah Washington, 24, with a stun gun while he was in handcuffs

He told the channel that he and his brother were changing a flat tire on the side of the road near his aunt's home when Elmore approached and asked to see his ID.

By then, Washington began to ask what was wrong and why he had to show his ID while complying with her order.

'I was respectful saying yes ma'am, no ma'am,' he said.

'She asked me to go stand in the back of the car but I was like I'm not being detained and I don't have to do anything.

'She grabbed me and I was standing between the back door and driver door, trying to turn my camera on and record her but she tased me for the first time and put her foot in my back after I fell.'

With his body lying against the front of the car, Elmore tells him to 'stay still'

She screams: 'Shut the f**k up.' The man can be heard whimpering and crying as he repeatedly says in pain: 'Oh my God'

As soon as Washington fell, his brother, Shikeem Washington, began to record the video and on his request, his friend went to get the victim's aunt.

After Elmore ordered him to get up, Washington says he walked to the car in handcuffs and told her that he had a gun in his pocket, which he was legally carrying.

The laughing officer grabbed the gun that was in his pocket before saying, 'oh yeah,' and deployed the stun gun once again into his back.

She is heard screaming on the now-viral video: 'Shut the f**k up.' Washington whimpered and cried as he repeatedly said in pain: 'Oh my God.'

Elmore asked: 'Do you want it again?' He cried as she said: 'Shut your b***h a** up.'

Washington said he was more concerned something would happen to his brother than himself.

'I just want justice, honestly, for her to get what's coming to her on the legal side,' he said.

He believes that he would still be in jail if his brother had not recorded a video.

Washington also clarified in the interview that there were no drugs involved in his entire arrest and that he did not learn about his fentanyl charge until he was brought to court.

Once arrested, Washington had been charged with obstructing governmental operations, resisting arrest, marijuana possession and ex-felon in possession of a firearm.

His attorney, Leroy Maxwell, says all the charges should be dismissed as this was not a legal arrest.

The cop continues, saying: 'Do you want it again?' He cries, as she says: 'Shut your b***h a** up'

Washington's girlfriend, Jalexis Rice, claims he was just changing a tire when he was approached by a white cop who tased him at point blank range

Maxwell plans to file a $20 million lawsuit and said: 'I was heartbroken to see a young man like that. When he started crying it broke everyone's heart to see the pain and torture he was going through and how she seemed to be enjoying it.

'It's not illegal to be black and changing a tire. I understand complying with a police officer and ultimately he did comply. But he still ended up arrested and tased.'

Elmore, who is from the Reform Police Department in Pickens County, has been placed on leave.

Washington's girlfriend, Jalexis Rice, said the incident quickly escalated and she could do nothing at the moment.

'I couldn't do nothing but cry,' Rice, who was in the car at the time of the incident, told ABC News.

Elmore, who is from the Reform Police Department in Pickens County, has since been placed on leave

His mother, Toris Washington, told ABC she is just glad the situation did not escalate further.

'Mothers with young black sons, please talk to them about situations like this it's important. I just thank God the situation did not turn out worse.'

Reform Police Chief Richard Black and Mayor Melody Davis said they were aware of the video.

They called it a 'citizen's arrest' and confirmed it took place on Saturday.

The statement read: 'The Reform Police Department is aware of a video circulating involving a citizen's arrest on December 2.

'The department is in the process of turning over all materials related to this arrest to the Alabama State Bureau of Investigation and has requested a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the arrest.'

'In accordance with City Policy, the officer involved has been placed on administrative leave while the investigation is conducted.'

On December 4, a rally was organized outside Reform Municipal Building to protest Elmore's response.
