Borussia Dortmund fought back to reach the Champions League semi-finals at Atletico Madrid's expense. 

With Atletico Madrid coming into the second leg with a narrow lead, the hosts went two up before a Mats Hummels own goal gave the Spanish side hope. They then went one up on aggregate with Angel Correa's equaliser. 

Then Niclas Fullkrug levelled and Marcel Sabitzer slotted to make it 5-4 over both legs. Atletico were unable to pick themselves up off the canvas and the Dortmund fans roared their victorious side into the last four.
