Bradley Beal angered Suns fans on Monday morning, as one of the team's players was laughing the day after Phoenix was swept out of the NBA playoffs by the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Beal arrived for his first season with the Suns with a ton of promise after being the best player on the Wizards for the last few years. In the postseason, he did not live up to the hype.
In particular, Sunday night's Game 4 saw the two other superstars in Phoenix, Devin Booker and Kevin Durant score a combined 82 of Phoenix's 116 points. Beal only added nine and had a team-worst plus-minus at -12.
Yet, when Beal met with the media Monday morning, he was relaxed and all smiles, looking at the crowd of reporters on hand to talk with him and said 'I'll be damned. man'.
That laissez-faire attitude landed Beal in deep water with Suns fans on social media.

'Joking about being swept is so shameless,' one Suns fan said on X.
'How is he laughing about this? Especially after being the main reason we ended up getting swept? Joke of a player,' one fan stated on X.
'This how Bradley Beal went to sleep last night knowing he still getting that fat ass contract he don’t deserve,' another Suns fan said alongside a GIF of a cartoon character getting into bed.
'Next year playing for the Shanghai Sharks — “I’ve never been swept in China before. I’ll be damned if I’m gonna start now,'"' another fan joked on social media.

Phoenix was the worst team in the Western Conference to not have to get to the postseason through the Play-In Tournament.
Avoiding the Nuggets and Thunder, in theory, should have given the Suns an easier route to an upset.
None of the games between Phoenix and Minnesota were close other than Sunday's eliminator.
Now Beal is entering the later stages of his career, with Durant being 36 the next time he plays in an NBA game.
The window for the Suns to win a championship with Booker, Beal and Durant as their core trio could be closing.
