Brighton have made an enquiry for Leeds United winger Crysencio Summerville.
Summerville won the Championship Player of the Year after a stellar campaign at Elland Road, but was unable to guide Leeds back to the Premier League as they were beaten 1-0 by Southampton in the play-off final.
Leeds are set to be raided by Premier League clubs, with Mail Sport revealing last month that they owe other teams £190m in transfer instalments, and Summerville is their biggest asset.
The 22-year-old scored 21 goals in all competitions for Daniel Farke's men in 2023-24 and is capable of playing on either wing.
His versatility is likely to appeal new Brighton boss Fabian Hurzeler as the Seagulls seek to mount a European challenge next season.

Borussia Dortmund, meanwhile, have joined the clubs asking about Brighton's Germany international midfielder Pascal Gross.
Gross had yet another superb campaign for Brighton and was voted the club's Player of The Season award for the second consecutive season.
The midfielder is currently away with Germany at Euro 2024 and came off the bench against Scotland in their opening match.
