A Cleveland Browns player has been arrested in Key West, Florida on a drunk-driving charge after allegedly crashing his SUV into a local restaurant.
Defensive lineman Lonnie Phelps, 23, was arrested by Key West police at 8:47pm at the Red Shoe Island Bistro on Wednesday, where his SUV crashed into the trendy island hot spot.
Police say they found the black Hyundai wedged into the building and that they were dispatched to the scene in reference to a traffic crash.
Phelps and his girlfriend, who were both uncooperative throughout the entire ordeal were identified by witnesses, according to police, as bodycam footage shows the NFL'er telling local authorities that his ID and credit cards were in the car.
Bodycam footage obtained by DaliyMail.com also shows Phelps consistently disobeying orders and talking over officers while being questioned - all while slurring his words - a sign of being under the influence.
