Bruce Lehrmann has been partying up a storm over the past three days with a bevy of glamorous women at his new pad, brandishing bottles of booze and marching around shoeless.
But Daily Mail Australia can reveal Mr Lehrmann's weekday festivities have infuriated his new neighbours on Sydney's north shore, with locals complaining about 'shrieking' women and 'selfish' parking arrangements.
Mr Lehrmann's controversial party week started on Tuesday evening when he was spotted in a burgundy blazer, flanked by two glammed-up women, outside his home.
Moments after Federal Court Justice Michael Lee set a new date for judgement in his blockbuster defamation case, Mr Lehrmann and his female friends charged through the rain and jumped into the back of an Uber, with one holding a can of alcohol.
On Wednesday, the party continued when another group of women entered the same property - among them, a blonde who made her media debut in March when she appeared barefoot with a vape on the balcony of his old place in Balgowlah.
She approached the home on Wednesday in a black dress with a thigh-high split and black stiletto heels, while juggling car keys, a phone, a bottle of Hendrick's gin and half-drunk bottle of whisky.
And on Thursday, shortly after midday, yet another crowd shuffled into the home carrying boxes of alcohol.
A frustrated neighbour told Daily Mail Australia there had been raging parties at the property over the past 'three or four weekends' that often don't end until 6.30am.

'It's not loud music, it's mostly carry-on with the girls shrieking and screaming along to Tina Turner,' the neighbour said.
'They're constantly swearing, it’s "f-this" and "f-that".'
Another neighbour accused guests of parking on the footpath and across driveways, which they said 'is selfish for parents pushing prams'.
'It’s quite intrusive because they already have a double car garage to park in,' they said.
Loud chatter could be heard coming from the home on Thursday, as a man arrived with a box of Suntory whiskey and John Farnham's hit 'The Voice' played in the background.
Later that afternoon, the group received a Taco Bell delivery.
It is unclear whether Mr Lehrmann is living at the property alone or with a flatmate, or if it's a temporary arrangement while he finds a more permanent option.
Channel Seven had covered his rent at the $2000-a-week Balgowlah property for a year in exchange for exclusive interviews on the network's Spotlight program, but the year is now up.
Wednesday night's gathering also included two women who arrived in activewear, holding hands as they walked through the gate. A male friend in a black puffer vest then arrived with another bottle of spirits.

Mr Lehrmann's partying habits were thrust under the microscope last week when former Channel Seven employee, Taylor Auerbach, made a series of wild claims in the Federal Court.
Among them were allegations that the network's Spotlight program had paid for Mr Lehrmann's cocaine, Thai massages, and lavish meals in a bid to entice him into exclusive interviews.
He gave the court what he alleged were receipts for bars and brothels accrued during his time as Mr Lehrmann's 'babysitter', amounting to more than $10,000. Channel Seven has denied the claims.
Mr Lehrmann previously told the court the network only covered his accommodation costs for a year, which worked out to be about $105,000, and reasonable travel costs for filming.
Justice Michael Lee will hand down his judgement in Mr Lehrmann's defamation case against Network Ten and Lisa Wilkinson on Monday morning.
He launched defamation proceedings over an episode of The Project in February 2021, during which Brittany Higgins went public with her rape allegations for the first time in an interview with Wilkinson.
Ms Higgins alleged Mr Lehrmann raped her in Parliament House in March 2019, when they were both staffers working for the Liberal Party.
He was not named in the broadcast but claimed friends and colleagues were able to identify him as the alleged rapist. He has always maintained his innocence.
The month-long trial was heard in December.
