Police ramped up their presence this year after a massive brawl in 2022 saw five people get arrested and one person get a severe head injury.
'The crowd for this event tends to be a lot of out-of-town people that don't know our waterways,' said Sergeant Brodie Hughes from the Volusia Sheriff's Office told WKMG.
