Chelsea face competition from Al-Ahli for Napoli striker Victor Osimhen.
The Saudi Pro League club have submitted an initial bid of around £55million.
Meanwhile, Chelsea's first priority is to sell up to six players over the coming week before stepping up talks over Osimhen.
A loan with an obligation to buy is Chelsea's preferred deal for the 25-year-old, although Napoli and Osimhen have intimated that they may be willing to lower their demands to help the move go through.
Osimhen has scored 76 goals in 133 games for Napoli over the past four seasons.

Osimhen has been capped 31 times by Nigeria at senior international level, netting 21 times.
Al-Ahli - who, like Al-Hilal, Al-Nassr, Al-Ittihad and Newcastle United, are owned by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund - finished third in last season's Saudi Pro League.
The club's current squad includes Roberto Firmino, Edouard Mendy, Riyad Mahrez and Franck Kessie.
