Colby Covington weighed in at 169.5lbs ahead of his titanic clash against defending UFC welterweight champion Leon Edwards.

The challenger cut a serious figure and looked fresh as he stepped onto the scales.

There was little in the way of bravado from the American - a surprise after he made a vile joke about Edwards' murdered late father at the UFC 296 press conference.

Meanwhile, Edwards came in at 170lbs, meaning both fighters have made weight for the contest.
