Cristiano Ronaldo has reached out to two of his former team-mates in a bid to convince them to join him at Al-Nassr, according to a report.
The forward has struggled for on-field success since moving to the Saudi Pro League 18 months ago, failing to win a major trophy despite enjoying the luxuries of off-field life in the Middle East.
His side have been runners-up twice in the league since his arrival, most recently missing out to Al-Hilal by a staggering 14-point margin in the 2023-24 season.
On Friday, the 39-year-old was reduced to tears as his side lost out to the same team in the King Cup final, with Al-Nassr suffering a penalty shootout defeat after drawing the game 1-1 in normal time.
According to Marca, Ronaldo is keen to help strengthen his side, and has directly contacted two players he teamed with at Real Madrid to make that happen.

The outlet reports that Manchester United man Casemiro, who played for Madrid between 2013 and 2022, has spoken to Ronaldo about the possibility of joining him in Saudi Arabia.
The duo won a number of titles together in Madrid, including four Champions Leagues, and also teamed up again at Manchester United for a few months before Ronaldo's departure in the middle of the 2022-23 season.
It is believed that Ronaldo, who holds a large amount of power in decisions made at Al-Nassr, believes that the Brazilian will add the consistency that his side need to catch up with Al-Hilal, who did not lose a single game in the 2023-24 season.
The 32-year-old, who has been left out of Brazil's squad for the Copa America, could leave United this summer following a difficult season at Old Trafford.
Amid his rapid decline in form, it appears that Saudi Arabia is his only possible destination, meaning a reunion with Ronaldo could happen.

The 34-year-old has been with the club since his academy days, but is now on the hunt for a new side after seemingly waving goodbye in the best possible way.
At the back-end of his career, it's possible the Spaniard will look for one final pay day in the Middle East, rejoining Ronaldo in a bid to win more titles.
