Crystal Palace players Eberechi Eze and Cheick Doucoure both went off injured in the second half of their Premier League defeat at Luton Town on Saturday.
Eze, who has only just returned from injury, was forced off after going down four minutes into the second half, being replaced by Jordan Ayew.
Moments later, Doucoure slipped when making a pass, and required medical treatment on the pitch, before being stretchered off, with Will Hughes replacing him.
There was applause from all corners of the ground as Doucoure was stretchered off with more than 35 minutes remaining at Kenilworth Road.
While the match was scoreless when the injuries occurred, there were three goals in the last 20 minutes as the hosts earned their first home victory in the Premier League.

Teden Mengi scored the opener for the Hatters after 72 minutes, before Michael Olise squared things two minutes later.
However, Jacob Brown was in the right place in the 83rd minute to poke home the ball, and earn Luton their first home win of the campaign.
Crystal Palace's Joel Ward told Premier League Productions: 'Obviously it's disappointing. In the first half we weren't up to the level we can be.
'We gave ourselves an uphill battle. We did enough in the end to come away with at least a point.
'Michael Olise is a huge player for us. You could see that today. He's an exceptional talent.
'Hopefully it's not too serious injuries for Eberechi Eze and Cheick Doucoure.'
Crystal Palace's next league outing is a London derby away to West Ham on Sunday December 3.
