Dak Prescott has joined forces with Ryan Reynolds to tackle colon cancer in a hilarious commercial on the Dallas Cowboys star 'getting a lot of s***'.
Prescott, whose 52-year-old mother Peggy died from colon cancer back in 2013, stars in the ad for Lead From Behind - a non-profit organization dedicated to battling the deadly disease.
While promoting unique home-test kits which allow someone to place a sticker of choice onto the container when using it, the Cowboys quarterback pokes fun at criticism he has received in the NFL by joking that 's****ng' on something can 'make you feel good'.
'As a professional quarterback, I get a lot of s***' Prescott says to open the commercial.
Clips of fans ripping into the 30-year-old over his performances are then played before he comes back in.

'And I get it,' Prescott continues. 'When you’re not a fan of something, s****ng on it can make you feel good.
'But what if I told you that now, it can do some good, too?'
The short clip, titled 'Talking S**t with Dak Prescott', then continues with the man himself talking through Lead From Behind's home-test kits.
When showing examples of potential stickers to place onto a container, a number of animal images appear in a light-hearted dig at the Cowboys' NFL rivals. A football referee can also be seen among the stickers.
Reynolds then makes a late cameo with a voiceover at the end of the commercial, joking: 'Home-screening kits like Cologuard are for people 45 or older of average risk, not for high-risk people like Dak.
'Dak actually wouldn't use a home-test kit, but he's so committed to preventing people from getting colon cancer that he agreed to star in this video we wrote for him without any concern for his safety'.

'I definitely deserve that,' Reynolds says.
Prescott and the Cowboys are gearing up for a crucial game this weekend, with the Philadelphia Eagles to come at AT&T Stadium on Sunday.
