Dave Portnoy calls Joe Biden 'lettuce head' as the Barstool boss reacts to the President not seeking reelection this fall

Barstool boss Dave Portnoy chimed in on the biggest news of the day in President Joe Biden ending his bid for reelection. 

Portnoy posted a near-3-minute video to social media shirtless to address the situation, where he called the sitting President a 'lettuce head' and a 'vegetable'. 

Biden dropped out of the race on Sunday, while pledging to complete the rest of his term as President, which lasts until January. 

Portnoy called Biden stepping aside the 'greatest negotiation in the history of America', suggesting the President, his son Hunter Biden, and the rest of his family were given huge sums of money for him to exit the White House. 

Portnoy has long been a critic of Biden, but claims it is not because he is in love with the Republican nominee for President, Donald Trump.  

His political stance is due to the Democrats being 'jokes, scumbags, and devious.'

'You have to vote for the other guy because of what the democrats are doing,' Portnoy said. 

Portnoy also believes the Democrats have wanted to 'hijack' democracy by Biden dropping out of the Presidential race at this late stage.  

In regards to Portnoy's comments calling Biden 'lettuce head', Portnoy says Biden has 'been this way for years.'

Biden endorsed his Vice President, Kamala Harris, to take his place atop the ticket, a choice Portnoy did not seem to be a fan of. 

He called California governor  Gavin Newsom a 'slime bag' and scoffed at the thought of them running on the same ticket.
