Miami Dolphins running back Raheem Mostert has inked his name in franchise history by breaking the record for the most rushing touchdowns in a season.
Mostert took a handoff from two yards outside the end zone for six points to smash the old record set by Ricky Williams back in 2002.
Now, Mostert has 17 rushing scores and leads the league in touchdowns from scrimmage with 19.
It's been a banner year for the longtime veteran out of Purdue University.
After spending much of his early career bouncing from team to team, Mostert found success with the San Francisco 49ers.
Miami Dolphins running back Raheem Mostert just broke a franchise rushing record
With a two yard TD, he now holds the record for the most rushing touchdowns in a season
Mostert now has 17 on the season, surpassing Ricky Williams' mark of 16 from 2002
An injury in the 2021 season led him to signing with the Dolphins in free agency and he's been successful for them ever since.
Last season, he set a career high for rushing attempts and rushing yards - two marks he's already broken this year.
In addition to his touchdown marks, Mostert is second in the league in yards with 924 and is fourth in average yards per game with 83.
While he may have passed Williams' touchdown mark, he's still a way off his single-season yards mark of 1,853.
