An Al-Ittihad player was seemingly whipped by a furious supporter in disgraceful scenes after the Saudi Super Cup final on Thursday night.
Moroccan striker Abderrazak Hamdallah was lashed twice after confronting the unnamed individual and throwing water in their direction.
Tensions then boiled over as several of Hamdallah's team-mates rushed over.
