Highly-touted quarterback prospect Dylan Raiola has flipped his college commitment from Georgia to Nebraska, according to reports.
Raiola is ranked as ESPN's top pocket-passing QB in the 2024 recruiting class and the No. 8 overall high school player in the 2024 ESPN 300.
And in an interview with ESPN, the 18-year-old has confirmed he is set to join Nebraska and follow in the footsteps of his father Dominic, who was an All-American offensive lineman for the university. Raiola's uncle Donovan is also the school's offensive line coach.
'I firmly believe that Nebraska is in my blood,' Dylan said. 'It's a great opportunity to be part of something bigger than myself. Nebraska is a special place.'
News of Raiola changing his commitment came shortly after it was announced that Georgia quarterback Carson Beck was returning to school for his redshirt senior season rather than declaring for the NFL.

Raiola's change of heart comes on the same day Georgia's Carson Beck announced he was returning to school rather than declaring for the 2024 NFL Draft
“My friends and family have helped put me in a situation to have options for my future. However, the NFL can wait one more year. I am returning to UGA for my senior season.
We need everyone's support in Miami to close this season out the right way!”
'My friends and family have helped put me in a situation to have options for my future. However, the NFL can wait one more year. I am returning to UGA for my senior season,' Beck said via the team's X.
'We need everyone's support in Miami to close this season out the right way!'
Nebraska is now the third team Raiola has committed to after originally committing to Ohio State before decommitting and switching to Georgia.
The Cornhuskers are currently in the midst of a seven-year bowl drought that has spanned the tenures of three different head coaches.
'I think it'll mean a lot to bring it back,' Raiola said. 'Just because of the legacy of so many great players that have walked through that locker room that's been established there -- to keep doing what they established.
'Just the history of the Nebraska football program. It's not just another program.'

Beck threw for 3,738 yards, 22 touchdowns, six interceptions and 72.4 completion percentage
Despite losing out on a top-ranked recruit, the Bulldogs will surely be happy to have Beck returning for another season after he put together an incredibly strong season in his first year as starting QB.
Beck threw for 3,738 yards, 22 touchdowns, six interceptions, and completed 72.4 percent of his passes.
He led the Bulldogs to a 12-1 record with their lone loss coming in the SEC Championship against the Alabama Crimson Tide.
If Beck is able to put together a similar or even stronger season next year he is expected to be one of the top prospects in the 2025 draft class.
