England fans have been left amazed by how much David Baddiel, Frank Skinner and the Lightning Seeds have earned from their legendary Three Lions song.
The classic hit was originally released 28 years ago ahead of Euro 96, when England hosted the tournament.
In the ensuing period, the song has remained incredibly popular whenever England have been involved in a major competition.
The words 'It's coming home' were uttered by many as Gareth Southgate's side reached the semi-finals of the 2018 World Cup.
However, the amount of money that Baddiel, Skinner and the Lightning Seeds receive from the song may surprise many.

Baddiel revealed that, while the song initially earned him a lot of money, he hasn't received as much since the increase in popularity of Spotify.
Baddiel told The Mirror earlier this year: 'It brought me, Frank and Ian Broudie of The Lightning Seeds a fair wedge [at the time]. But not since Spotify took over has it brought us much money.
A festive version of the song was released ahead of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar
'In fact, when England played Colombia in the 2018 World Cup, it was downloaded four million times - for which Frank, Ian and I received £1,200 from Spotify.'
Each time the song is downloaded Baddiel and Skinner receive just 0.003p.
Three Lions reached the top of the UK singles chart when it was originally came out.
Prior to the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, which was held in Winter, a festive version of the song was released.
If England continue to progress at Euro 2024 then the song could receive another surge in popularity.
