Police in Gelsenkirchen, where the game kicks off at 8pm, showed two temporary metal cells – one for England fans and one for Serbians – to The Mail on Sunday.
The ausnuchterungszelle – which translates as 'sobering-up cells' – have been installed in a security crackdown for the match, which German police have classed as 'high risk' because of Serbian and English thugs' past behaviour.
'If someone has become extremely aggressive, or has attracted attention, we will use these facilities,' police spokesman Stephan Knipp said.
'We would temporarily accommodate them until everything is sorted out.

Officers have been training specially for Sunday's match, with an extra 150 riot police stationed around Veltins-Arena stadium, home ground of FC Schalke.
