England's summer Test matches have arrived and it begins with The Red Roses travelling to Tokyo for their first international fixture since the Six Nations

Steve Borthwick's men will face their former coach Eddie Jones' new side in preparation for two gruelling clashes against the fearsome All Blacks on July 6 and 13. 

The game itself will mark England's first-ever rugby Test match against the Japanese on their home soil - with the occasion being further amplified by the presence of former England head coach Eddie Jones, who's allegiance now falls with the Brave Blossoms

Japan vs England date and kick-off time?

Japan and England will face each other in the one-time summer Test match on Saturday, June 22.

Kick-off for the game is scheduled for 2:50pm local times, making it 6:50am BST in the UK. 

The game will take place at the Japan National stadium in Tokyo.

What channel is England vs Japan on? 

England vs Japan will not be available to watch live on TV in the UK, marking the first time that an England rugby game has not been broadcast live on English TV.

After Japan England will prepare for two gruelling clashes against the All Blacks on July 6 and 13.

However, fans can still watch the game as it will be available to stream online via RugbyPass TV.

The streaming platform is World Rugby's own and the game will be free to watch from the site.
