Tony Bellew's passion for Everton was clear as Ant and Dec told him the score in Sunday's clash with Chelsea during the I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! final.

Former boxer Bellew and and reality TV star Sam Thompson made it to the final two and joined the Geordie presenters to find out who would be crowned king of the jungle.

Before that Ant and Dec decided to tell the pair the result of the game at Goodison with Bellew being a die-hard Toffee and Thompson a Blues fan.

Bellew immediately tensed up as he waited to hear the score before being told that his side had won 2-0.

'Yes! Get in there,' he shouted, standing up and raising his arms.

Tony Bellew was delighted after being told that Everton had beaten Chelsea 2-0 on Sunday

'Up the Toffees,' he continued before adding 'that's what it's about'.

Everton shared the clip on their Twitter account, congratulating him and telling him to 'now enjoy sitting back and watching those wins'.

However, it was Thompson who went on to have the last laugh as he claimed the coveted crown.

The former Made In Chelsea star, 31, had been the bookies favourite to win for the past couple of weeks after proving popular with ITV viewers.

Chelsea fan Sam Thompson was not pleased with the scoreline but went on to win the show

Sam jumped into the arms of Bellew after hearing the news before admitting he was 'overwhelmed'.

He said: 'I'm really overwhelmed, I didn't think I'd even be invited on the show. I don't know what to say.'

Asked what he had to say to those who had voted for him, he tearfully said: 'I'm so grateful, thank you so much. I've dreamed of doing this show for years and years and you've made a boy's dream come true.'
