Brighton’s medical team overhaul has also included the departure of doctor Vicann During.
Mail Sport revealed on Tuesday that Brighton’s head of medical and performance Adam Brett had left the club after nine years at the Seagulls.
And During has been another member of Roberto De Zerbi’s backroom team to move on.
Like with Brett, the reason for During leaving is unconfirmed and considered by Brighton to be a private matter.
He has been replaced by the experienced Tim Buck who previously worked for Crawley, has a long-standing association with Brighton of over 20 years and now occupies the full-time club doctor position.

During, who joined Brighton earlier this year, had previously worked for London Irish and West Ham and will be replaced by Tim Buck
During, who has an extensive background in sport, joined Brighton earlier this year, replacing Stephen Lewis who had filled the cub doctor role for almost nine years.
Lewis returned to Fulham, opening the door for During at Brighton.
During had previously worked for rugby club London Irish and West Ham. He had also been part of the medical teams in England’s youth setups with the under-18s, 19s and 21s.
Meanwhile Charlton last week confirmed the appointment of Dr Will Abbott as their new director of performance services.
He will join following the completion of his notice period after more than a decade at Brighton.
