A teenage DUI driver can be seen slipping out of her handcuffs and chugging a White Claw in a police cruiser after her mom called the cops on her in an alarming bodycam video.

Karina Hnat, of Strongsville, Ohio, is seen polishing off a large can of the hard seltzer during a September arrest in footage released by local police.

She was later found guilty of driving under the influence in the Cleveland suburb on September 13, when she was 19, according to records viewed by the DailyMail.com. She was sentenced to up to three days in jail and a fine of $450.

Strongsville Police released a 15-minute video showing the moment an officer pulled Hnat over before finding a bag of cocaine in the front seat of her car.

'Can you step out for me?' the officer says as he approaches her vehicle, while telling her to leave her vape inside. 'Talk to me, what's going on?'

Hnat's mom called the cops on her, raising concerns about her behavior. Wearing zit stickers, the teenager quickly emerges from the car and engages with the cop.

She sobs while repeatedly covering her face with her hands, saying she wants her 'bedside blanket'. 'It's my baby blanket. I need it for my anxiety,' she said.

The cops tells her he understands she's been going to counseling for drinking and asks when the last time she drank was.

'Last time I drank was two nights ago and it was a Truly, like half a Truly. I don't drink straight vodka any more,' she said, insisting that she has not had a drink since.

The officer asks her to follow his finger with her eyes and walk in a straight line to test her sobriety, while asking if she would be willing to do a breathalyzer test.

Moments later, the officer spots something suspicious in the front seat of the teenager's car.

'Back up, what's that in the plastic bag there in the front seat?' he asks. Moving closer, the cop notes the suspected drugs beside a 'rolled up dollar bill'.

'I'm pretty sure that's cocaine,' the police officer says. 'That's not mine,' the teen insists as he handcuffs her and recites out her rights.

Hnat's sales to and use by underage persons charge would later be dismissed.

Police leaves Hnat alone in the cruiser while they continue to search her car. It's at this point that she starts chugging a drink from beneath her hoodie.

She then manages to slip out of her handcuffs, before clasping the can in her hands and taking a longer drink, finishing off the can.

Hnat later admits to 'taking one bump' of the cocaine and takes a breathalyzer test, which shows a reading of 0.243 percent, more than three times the legal limit.

Now 20, Hnat has had several brushes with law enforcement, and was recently found guilty of theft in March.
