Luke Beveridge's son has 'hard launched' his new career as a model.
Kye Beveridge, son of the Western Bulldogs coach, posted two black-and-white snaps from a recent photo shoot, where he poses topless in the moody shots.
The former Collingwood VFL star captioned the post 'hard launch' and tagged Toni Maticevski, a well-known fashion designer based in Melbourne.
Beveridge wore white underwear and little else. He leads a double life as a carpenter and is in a relationship with Ebony Let, who also works as a model.
He was first singled out as a future model by Precision Modelling director Sarah Etinger, who spotted him in pictures on social media with Let.
'I was super against it at first,' he told News Corp at the time.
'There is a kind of stigma around male models, you know, that you love yourself and you're a stuck-up person. I kept thinking about my mates and it was just so not me.
'To be honest at the time I couldn't think of anything worse.'
Last year, he returned to St Bedes/Mentone Tigers in the VAFA. His father, Luke, who played for Melbourne, Footscray and St Kilda, famously coached the local footy club to three consecutive flags across three divisions.
Kye says his dad has been very supportive of his surprise new career.
'(Dad) was a good-looking rooster when he was young so maybe he wishes he had done it. I honestly think he is more proud of this than any other footy thing,' Kye said.
