Queensland Origin star Selwyn Cobbo's two-word tattoo has caused a stir ahead of Wednesday night's match after the Broncos star clammed up when he was asked to explain the meaning behind it.
Cobbo - who was picked as a bench utility by Maroons coach Billy Slater ahead of the series opener against NSW on June 5 in Sydney - was asked this week why he has 'Bad Energy' inked on his left wrist.
Footy players are usually happy to reveal the inspirations behind their ink, but the 21-year-old clammed up straight away.
'Oh, it means nothing, to be honest,' he told reporters.
'Youse [journalists] don't need to know about that.'
It comes as Queensland selector Darren Lockyer compared Cobbo to Maroons great Greg Inglis thanks to his ability to play all outside back positions.

Cobbo was selected to make his State of Origin debut in Game 1 of the 2022 State of Origin series and impressed on the wing
He also played as a lock forward for the Cherbourg Hornets as a youngster.
'If Billy wants me there I will play in the middle and try my best. I played lock growing up and it is something I am not afraid of,' Cobbo said.
'I like being in the middle and around the action. There's a lot of ball and that's why I loved playing lock growing up.
'Wherever Billy plays me I will do the team proud, and my state.'
Slater is also excited about the x-factor Cobbo provides.
'He's a big lad and capable....'He's played a fair bit of centre this year. He's played on the wing for Queensland previously. We also saw what he did two weeks ago when he played fullback for the Broncos,' the coach said.
'We will build what is best for the team, but that might be taken out of our hands.
'Four of the last six Origin games we have had to replace an outside back. If that happens, Selwyn is wonderful player to have.'
