A man has been arrested after a young mum's body was found at a home in the early hours of Monday morning.
Police discovered the body of teacher's assistant Molly Ticehurst, 28, at a property on Young St, in Forbes, NSW, about 1.50am.
Officers attended the home over concerns about Ms Ticehurst's welfare and found her body.
A crime scene was established and homicide detectives are investigating the death.

A man was arrested at a property in Fifield a little under 100km north-west of Forbes and has been taken to Parkes Police Station, where he is assisting police with inquiries.
The man has not been charged, and the police investigation is ongoing.

The tragedy comes after the mum-of-one shared a chilling revelation about returning to her hometown several years ago.
'I just moved into a new house which is haunted by a little boy,' she shared in a post online.
