A former Spandau Ballet star secretly used his phone to make a sex film that was 'absolutely disgusting' to watch, a court has heard.
Ross Davidson, 36, filmed himself fondling women while they slept and enjoyed role-playing rape scenarios, Wood Green crown court has heard.
Davidson - who became lead singer in Spandau Ballet in 2018 and was best known to fans as Ross Wild - is accused of a series of sex offences against five women and raped three of them, according to prosecutors.
He wanted sex up to six times a night and would force himself on women who refused him, it is claimed.
Jurors heard the Scotsman was 'a bit of a sex symbol' after starring in the West End musical We Will Rock You about a decade ago.

The offences are said to have taken place over a ten year period between 2013 and 2023.
Giving evidence one of his alleged victims was asked about Davidson using his phone to film her performing oral sex upon him.
She said: '(It was) not consented to, I had no idea it was out there until I watched it last week.
'It is absolutely disgusting to watch and horrifying.'
She said she cannot remember 'if he was texting or if he was speaking' but he was 'using his phone.
'I looked up and I pulled away.
'I said, "Oh, were you just filming me?" He said, "oh, no - sorry, I was just texting".
In her video recorded evidence played to the jury the woman said: 'We were having sex five to six times a night, which was just not okay for me.

'One time I was feeling very sore, and I said I didn't want to have sex with him, he said 'no, c'mon, c'mon let's have sex.
'He put me on my back, he put his penis in me and started having sex with me.'
Davidson, of Finchley, north London, denies three counts of rape, three counts of sexual assault, one count of voyeurism, one count of intimidation and one of controlling behaviour.
He replaced Tony Hadley as Spandau Ballet's lead singer in 2018 after playing Elvis Presley in the hit West End musical Million Dollar Quartet, alongside the band's bassist Martin Kemp.
